B-Bop’s is pure nostalgia in burger-and-fries form.
It was my wife’s grandma’s favorite place to grab a burger, and now it looks like my kids might love it just as much as their great grandma did. There’s something special about a spot that can hold that kind of family memory and still be a hit with the next generation.
The burgers are solid, but the fries are the real star—hands down the best. If you want a classic, no-fuss burger place that feels like Iowa, this is it.

I’m not sure why, but my step-son thinks B-Bop’s has the best chicken nuggets in town. I personally like their cheeseburgers. They have pretty good fries, too. Service was professional and friendly. They forgot to add cheese to my burger, but that was the first mistake they made, so I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt because I don’t think that happens very often – the prices seem reasonable.

This location is probably the worst on sloppy joe sliders and fries.
Fries are never fresh. Always cold. The sliders are never ever like any other location. It’s absolutely disgusting. Couldn’t even eat mine yesterday. Threw everything away. Not sure if you use old meat or expired condiments. Don’t know but it is nasty. Every other locations are great. Fresh, flavorful and never nasty.

I found this place after discovering that another local burger joint I had planned to visit closed very early. I ordered a half-pound BBQ Bacon Cheddar burger. The crispy bacon, tang of the pickle slices and bold flavors of the cheddar and BBQ sauce made for an excellent burger. The fries were also hot, fresh and salted well. I was also greeted as I entered and left after my meal, something that has become quite uncommon in restaurants. I would definitely recommend B-Bops to any fellow traveler.

I went through the drive through and immediately was pinned in the line by others in line. It was a 20 minute wait just to order (I would have left if I could have escaped the line). I was given my drinks just to find out minutes later that the lid was broken as it dumped all over the inside of my truck and on my lap. To make matters worse, I hurried home to get out of my soaked clothes just to find out they did not put half the order in my bag. I paid for a meal because I had waited that long, just to not have my whole order and be covered in sticky soda… this place is a joke and waste of money compared to other locations. Save your money and time.

Huge yummy diner style burgers for a good price. Way better than Burger King or McDonald’s, fresher, and cheaper. We got there a little before closing time and the veggies were crisp and the burgers were juicy. Bacon smelled right out of a pan. It was made to order for sure. Customer service was on point too. B bops for now on when it’s fast food burger time.

Mixed feelings. Nice atmosphere, service and food ok. Didn’t match up to the hype. Don’t have a picture of #2 with cheese and then say cheese is extra, what’s with that? You have to ask for napkins and ketchup at counter.
