Do not even waste time or money going to this location!!! Go to another one!! They refuse to take the time to get any order completely correct ever…it’s amazing. The items they do actually put in the bag are mediocre quality. The other locations are much better just skip this one

I ordered ONE THING, when there was absolutely no other customers around. They put a mayo-based sauce on a FRESCO style potato soft taco, and the potatoes were literally old and crunchy. To make matters even worse, the person who took my money and then rudely opened the window to sarcastically say “you okay? HAVE A GOOD DAY.”, was a complete jerk. She had blue or purple hair and a lip piercing. Her behavior, and the food, was DISGUSTING.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at the Taco Bell location on Summit Ave in Greensboro, NC at 8:00pm.
Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing visit I have ever encountered at any Taco Bell. The staff initially refused to remake my order, despite the fact that the issues were not due to any error on my part. When they eventually agreed to remake my meal, it did not reflect my original order. I had requested an extra Nacho Taco, which was missing from the bag(or box I should say) substituted steak for chicken but still received chicken, and I ended up with a Mountain Dew instead of the strawberry lemonade I ordered.
I am quite upset and frustrated, as I had hoped for a quick meal late in the evening. Additionally, the lack of 24-hour customer service leaves me without recourse for resolution tonight.
I am disappointed with the level of service provided at this location and hope that improvements can be made to ensure a better experience for future customers.

Honestly it’s pretty impressive to be the worst Taco Bell order I’ve ever seen, but this locations done it. Literally not a single item was correctly made. Two of the four food items were missing all together. We got two drinks, one of them not correct. I’ve never seen a more disheveled crunch wrap that wasn’t even wrapped all the way and was missing half the ingredients. Literally flabbergasted at the level of incompetence it takes to be this terrible at making a burrito.

My food has been wrong the past two times I’ve ordered from here. It’s infuriating to pay $5 for a grilled cheese burrito and get this tiny piece of crap instead. No cheese on the outside, it’s basically a beefy five layer which is half the price. I don’t understand why this only happens at this location but I’m tired of being overcharged for an item I didn’t even want. I’m only leaving two stars because the staff is usually nice.
EDIT: I don’t know why I keep trying this Taco Bell location. Probably because my child loves cheesy roll up’s and it’s right by my house. But when I say this is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever experienced, I can’t emphasize it enough. Literally every time I order half the food it missing or prepared incorrectly. Missing ingredients or not even warmed up. Last time I got cheesy fiesta potatoes that were all black and hard as rocks. Completely inedible. Today they remade my burrito and it was still wrong. It was a grilled cheese burrito and st first it wasn’t even grilled, just wrapped up in a cold tortilla with no cheese whatsoever. They weren’t friendly at all and didn’t seem to care that the food was wrong. The girl told me all that was wrong was it wasn’t grilled as she rolled her eyes, tossed it, and proceeded to remake it AGAIN without cheese. At this point I gave up because my kid was sick at home waiting on food. I was missing two items and I told them so. Was given one of the two. Had to badger them to give me the other item even though I had a receipt. My nacho cheese cups are a joke, there’s almost no cheese in them. Attaching a picture for reference. I’m also attaching a picture of my cheeseless grilled cheese burrito. It would be funny if I didn’t just drop $30 to feed myself and my child gross inaccurate food. I think this is the last time. I’ll drive a little farther to the north battleground location. At least they can read a food ticket. (Also, I work in service industry so I know it can suck. But they didn’t even have any other food tickets up at this time! No excuses.)

Went here for breakfast, my first American fast food experience and Taco Bell experience as well. Right off the bat, the cashier told us that the food is going to be ready in half an hour, even though I came in at 9 which is regular opening hour. So I left. The second visit was more fruitful, I got the new breakfast menu which was pretty good, but I expected more from the most favourite and loved American fast food chain. Service was terrible, I have waited for 7 minutes before the cashier even came to the counter and received my order. It would have been better if they just had the breakfast menu on that touch pad machine, so I could order it without the cashier.

very limited options at 11:30pm, Ordered online delivery, they decided to wait 1 hr and 30 mins+ to cancel my order, (now basically 0 other food options open), DIABOLICAL!
Not to mention that I’ve been here several times and actually disappointed every single trip. This specific location needs A TON of training in food service common sense as well as customer service!

I will never stop at this location. Food was worst they gave no sauce napkins or anything i have to ask and they hand me like 4 packs of sauce with 8 food items. Bad service guy was just standing outsdie smoking with other non employees. No hygiene either. Need to inspect this place. Food was burnt and no fillings in food Shame of this
