I experienced something that most haven’t seen or believe. I enjoy Wendy’s menu and their great prices. Recently meal didn’t met my expectations due to what I say the food was infected. It offers great burgers, salads and desserts. Viral pest is what I would have to say changed the extraordinary taste to a bland flavor.

Edgar, the manager gave me cold food that was also the incorrect order. I was given a cold chicken sandwich instead of the junior bacon cheeseburger. The chicken nuggets were not warm, and were spicy instead of the regular flavor that I ordered. I called the restaurant as soon as I got home and Edgar told me there was nothing they could do about it. This is the 3rd time that my order was incorrect. I won’t be returning.

I don’t know what it is about this Wendy’s but they never put all the items in bag. The chili is always missing the spoon, always missing the extra cheese I paid for, and the hot sauce and packets. The food is always cold or luke warm…. Is anyone working in there?
