Food was wet and cold like it was pre-made. The soft tacos where wet like water wet. If I didn’t live 25 minutes away I would of returned my food. There’s a sign on the window that says no refund so I should of known better. I’d give this place a negative 10 if I could.

Absolute rudest customer service I’ve ever received at a KFC establishment the white woman working at the front desk is ignorant does not care about customers the management are all ignoramuses I will never return to this location I hope this establishment closes down this is horrible this makes me feel like the City of Lakeland is not for me I will no longer shop here or at any other KFC’s in North America

On 7/8/25, we had a horrible experience at this KFC location. We went through the drive-thru and ordered a 12-piece bucket of chicken. When our family of 5 sat down to eat, we realized there were only six pieces in the bucket, half of what we paid for.
We immediately called the restaurant to address the issue. The manager, Keisha, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She repeatedly talked over us, refused to listen, and insisted that no 12-piece buckets had been made during her shift. When we mentioned we had a receipt to prove the order, she dismissively told us to “bring the food and the receipt.” We explained we had already eaten the six pieces that were given, and again, she repeated the same thing in a very disrespectful tone.
When we arrived back at the restaurant around 9:15PM the lobby was locked, and we couldn’t get through by phone because the line just rang busy. We had no choice but to go back through the drive-thru. When we spoke to Keisha again, her attitude hadn’t changed. She was still rude, talking over us, and acting like we were trying to scam them. She even accused us of not telling the truth and questioned why we didn’t count the chicken before driving away, something most people don’t expect to have to do.
Eventually, she did give us the missing six pieces, but her tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. This experience was beyond frustrating and the way we were treated was uncalled for. I hope upper management sees this and addresses how customers are being treated at this location especially by their “management”.

DONT COME HERE.They closed an hour earlier than usual when there was a line. The sign indicated they were open, and the online information suggested they might be open at night; however, upon arriving to purchase some food, I found them completely closed an hour early. There was no warning or notification provided. They merely displayed the sign outside with the lights turned off, and no one came to the window to inform us. I will be traveling to other locations because it is uncertain if they will close early again. There is no point in risking it; I would rather save gas or go to another place where I can be certain they are open.

Just quick review, we are from Orlando and we were in the area for a wedding reception, stopped for a snack and our car battery died before I even went to pay at the window.
The lady taking our order even asked if we needed any help, after we told them what happened, the cooks and the lady that took our order helped us immediately and even gave us a jumpstart.
