Pretty good service and clean place !! The boneless wings with barbecue sauce is the best !! Fries are okay but the mozzarella sticks are yummy, I love how perfectly crunchy they are !! Their Lemonades are also very refreshing so definitely come here for a lemonade during the summer !! (Or on hot days) also quick warning, the lemonades have fruit chunks, but they actually make the drink even better, kinda reminds me of boba tea with the tapioca pearls in it.

Although the store has been here for a little while, this is my first time going into Charley’s. I was prompted to order by a buy one get one for $5 off a special. I figured I might as well check it out with a discount. I order on the app
and picked up my order about 8 minutes later It was ready for me. The location isn’t big, however it is clean and looks well maintained.
The sandwich is about 7 in in length. The bread isn’t very thick. It’s a compact sandwich. It was as I expected. The chicken cheese steak is like a chopped cheese sandwich. It’s pretty cool they
use sliced pickles. Lettuce tomato and mayo were also on the sandwich. For some reason both my sandwiches were upside down. I had to turn them over. My one gripe is it will be nice if the cheese was cooked all the way through the meat. The meat is cooked put on the bread and then cheese is kind of just plopped on top like a hat. The taste was fine again, what to be expected. It wasn’t bad at all. I always judge a meal with the notion of if I would get it again. I would go for this again.

First time in this new establishment! First impression is clean atmosphere! Food is fresh and wings are really good ! Xiomara took my order and she was so patient with me as I was trying to figure out what to get. She even helped me decide ! Great customer service, she was wearing a smile the whole time. I definitely will be back, great first experience!!!!

Went here to for to go on the menu board. It says that it only comes with chicken ranch and provolone cheese. When I ordered my chicken in California. My chicken California came with tomatoes as well. I asked the counter lady to fix the order she went to the back talked to somebody and they refuse to fix the order and provide a solution. This happened at 6:28 PM.

They STOLE MY money and didn’t deliver the drink. The person who answered the phone on 6/4/25 was extremely rude and refused to give me what I paid for or refund me- even though they could see the receipt. He then proceeded to tell me he isn’t doing anything refused to transfer me to a manager and hung up. I will never buy from this disgusting establishment again and I won’t stop until my money is refunded. It’s the principle of it at this point.

Truly Truly, enjoyed the food it wasn’t salty, the steak was lean and moist. The bread was soft and the cheese was fresh. My family kept taking bites of our sandwich with no stops between.

The wings are good too, but tough; they need to be cooked down a bit more then fried. I’m sure they just jump right to frying; if so, show fry then braise at the end.
