I ordered ahead through the app because it said my food would be ready when I arrived — but I ended up waiting over 30 minutes. The whole point of ordering ahead is to save time, not waste it standing around. The staff kept saying it would be “just a few more minutes,” but the order was clearly not ready when I got there. Really disappointing experience, and definitely not what I expected from a place that advertises “Hot-N-Ready.”

Waited almost 30 minutes after being told 7 minutes. I even ran next door to the store and when i came back was told it was coming out of the oven. After another wait i checked and was told it was now being boxed. As i stood waiting i realized this was the standard lie being told (7 minutes). Had sausage added for an extra price and not much was added for the extra $1.75. The pizza was hot and fresh and the taste was good..used my credit card and had to ask for my receipt whichwas just sitting on the counter area accessible to anyine . F for customer service . I understand it’s Halloween and all but y’all employee(s) are highly unprofessional, rude, arrogant, sloppy, no team work, service is low, and majority of the people that were waiting on all were mad, you basically forgot about us and service at least three people who came after us and ordered the same thing we did. Then your employees yelled at my dad and had the security trying to force us out the store. My dad didn’t make things better but she still was unprofessional and basically through the pizza at my ill tempered dad. The situation could have been way better. I called for two stuffed crust pizza. They were hot and fresh. The service was fast. I recommend you call first to order. Just walking in would sometimes become a headache due to the wait time. The pizza was so good I forgot to take a pic of the whole pizza. I manage to capture one slice lolbvs
