We just had a great experience at this Panera. Inez was so friendly at the counter. She was patient and explained the best way to order and told us some about the different soups. She had a huge smile on her face from start to finish. I hadn’t been to a Panera in many years and thanks to her, I will be coming back to them again. The food was delicious and the dining room was very clean.

My wife and I visited two Panera locations (this location being one of them) around 7 pm on 10 Nov 2025 for Pick Two meals with soup. Both locations were out of baguettes and refused to offer any other bread, even though plenty of breads and bagels were visible behind the counter near closing that would likely be disposed of. For a brand called “Panera Bread,” this lack of common sense flexibility was disappointing enough to make us consider other restaurants and we took our business elsewhere.

Just had a pickup order. Im not sure if its all panera or just this one but the food was awful, tasteless. Hadn’t been in a while, wont be back. Love giving good reviews but the chicken and wild rice soup used to be my all time favorite soup. Was one of the worst ive ever had today. All the big names cutting corners with their food, guess the c&wr soup is just the next victim. Sad day.

Our favorite at Panera bread is soup bowl, especially tomato soup bowl. We tried Cheddar broccoli soup also at different Panera location and it was kind of ok.
You can try different soup bowls but after certain visit, the taste becomes monotonous. It’s good for experimenting purposes as serving soup in eatable bowl was a new experience.
We tried Mediterranean sandwich, the taste was ok and felt it was overpriced.
Overall okay experience.

Ordered from this location tonight since Tylersville was out of broccoli cheddar soup. Everything was fine except the sandwich I ordered. First & last time for the Chipolte Chicken Avacado! The chicken was supposed to be
shredded & smoked but it looked more like the consistency of tuna & just a thin layer. Everything else was all mushed on top of that. It was pretty gross.
For the price you pay the quality is unacceptable!

Ordered lunch to go for 5 people and they forgot a sandwich and 4 sides (two baguettes and two bags of chips). Called, they would only give me a store credit, no refund or delivery. Went in a week later to get breakfast and use my store credit and they went in the back to look for it, was gone 5 minutes so I left. USELESS and mediocre at best for overpriced food.

First time for me to leave a bad review. Actually I don’t bother to leave a review but I think I have to. So people are aware. Worst experience I ever had eating out.I ordered a warm bowl Baja w/ chicken which wasn’t even warm. First thing I noticed was the brown rice, I gave myself a doubt that it was uncooked just by the look. I dug to look for the chicken and found out there’s none so I brought it back so they can fix it. I don’t usually do that because some people will mess your food up when you complain that they did it wrong so I waited and tried to watch while they slap some chicken on top of my same bowl. I started mixing them things to I can atleast enjoy my first meal of the day. Ended up not eating it, few bites cold bowl with uncooked rice. I picked them up and showed my husband that the rice was so hard inside out. They might not be trained or I guess like what the reviews say they don’t like their job. I should have read reviews first before asking my hubby to just eat brunch on this particular Panera. I guess it’s partly my fault. We had Panera from other locations most of the time especially at work for Lunch and Learns so I know the difference. It’s just sad that people don’t put effort on what they are doing. Cashier Nadia was not even that pleasant my husband added.

I’ll be honest, I don’t eat at Panera bread as much as I probably should because the food is a more healthier option. But I love this store in particular because the staff is always so friendly and professional and the food always tastes so delicious. Thank you!

Ordered an Asian sesame salad and it looked like this. Third of the salad was just the bottom of the bunch. No cilantro. And very few almonds. The rest of the order was alright
I’ve run into this before with Panera although not this particular one. They’ll sell you the salad requested and then not put all the items expected in the salad because they are out
Recently I’ve tried to put in orders and at least their app has indicated they were out of selections. But the previous time they were out of chicken and roast beef. Leaves a very limited selection of menu items

They charge double than any panera for the espresso shot with the subscription, and they give you half of the portions n. Smart business for them but I am never going back.
