Arrived to Dairy Queen for my 14 year old niece’s birthday Saturday night. The woman working the drive through rolled her eyes when my niece put in her order. Then we get our ice cream, and we go sit down. At one point, I begin choking on the ice cream. My niece panics, and asks the employees for help. The employees didn’t do anything, and walked over and complained that we were “making a mess” – while I was still gasping for air from literally choking. My niece is crying at this point, and she asks the employee for a rag or some paper towels that I can wipe up my face with, and the employee just walks back, gets disinfectant, and returns, sprays the disinfectant all over the table with our ice cream still on it. She says she can clean up when we leave, and she turns around and walks away. She doesn’t try to help, she doesn’t even ask how I’m doing, just treated us like an inconvenience, and made a literal child cry on her birthday. I heard her laughing to her coworkers about us when I went to the bathroom, and I left. This is completely unacceptable, and I will absolutely never be returning. What a horrible experience for my niece’s birthday.

The old Lady who works at the window during the daytime is absolutely the most rude person I’ve ever dealt with in the food industry. I have held back from making this review for quite some time. I always hesitate going because I don’t want to deal with her attitude but decided to go ahead and try it today. And there she was with her sour face and rude attitude as usual. She should be fired for the way she treats customers or retire if you’re so miserable.

We came here for lunch, the parking lot had plenty of space, a drive thru, and the inside looked clean. The reality of the situation seems like they are horribly understaffed and over worked. We waited almost 5 minutes just to have our order taken. The workers were kind enough, but even after getting our food, things like napkins and straws had to be asked for. Ketchup was at the table but make sure to ask for other sauces when ordering. The food came out and tasted bland, not the DQ I remember. I ended up only eating half my burger and fries. The ice cream was at least good, probably the only thing worth getting at this DQ.

Terrible service. This establishment should NOT be able to work with DoorDash, they treat their dashers TERRIBLY and dont properly prepare the dash orders. Lids too big for cups with no protective tape, 30 minute waits for dashers to get their pickup order, extremely inconsiderate. Even when they’re slow, they still neglect their dash orders. If I could give zero stars for this establishment as a whole I would, not even just for the dashers but for the employees and service in general even to the in store customers.

I ordered a medium dipped cone $3.09. One inch of ice cream above the cake cone. It was then dipped to where the protective paper starts. It was a mess. I asked the employee if she was sure that this was a medium dipped cone. She said yes. I have never received a cone so undersized. It was a disappointment.

Extremely slow and short handed for more than 6 months. Always gets food wrong, they don’t offer the full menu like the stuff advertised on the windows, quality of food is always bad too. Worst place in the area that I have tried.

Ordered a chocolate shake with whipped cream and received a cup of ice cream with chocolate wiped on the cup. Went inside to get fixed and Steve decided to just throw more ice cream in it and blend it up and add whipped cream on top. Also got a 4 piece chicken basket and only got 3 pieces. Waited 30 minutes for crap!

08/31/24 today my family and I came in to eat and the experience was not great. The lady at the front was wearing a non uniform short that looked like it was a nightgown. The ice machine was completely empty and there were three people within 5 minutes that received through incorrect order in the drive thru. The tables were filthy and so was the floor. They let someone order a meal that required gravy and then when he came in to het his food, they informed him it was gonna be another 30-40 minutes before the gravy would be ready. We waited over 20 minutes for our food. The gentleman working behind the cou ter was and the only reason I’m not giving it all 1 star.
