This location was reliable for about a year but they’re slipping again. The food quality for what they’re charging now is just not acceptable. Plus I’ve had several mistakes on orders now. It’s frustrating to jump through all their hoops and “use the app!” and then they still leave out items on your order.

This is the WORST jack in the box ive ever been to. Horrible quality and poor made food. Order was messed up and you cant even call and talk to anyone you just get a voicemail. I will never return to this location first and last visit. I would never recommend this one.

There were a little more than 5 straight fries and a little less than the normal amount of curly fries in my Munchie Meal. I asked for the grilled stacked burger and got some hash brown chicken sandwich and their soda machine was down in the lobby. This is the worst Jack I’ve ever been to, without question.

Manager was extremely friendly I wish I remembered her name to give her a shout out. But thank you for being the only manager of all the Jack in The Box we have been too, to have great customer service

Ordered a jumbo cheeseburger meal and kids meal when it was time to pay I noticed a price difference ( they charged me more then what was on the board) when I brung this to the managers attention she stated that there was nothing she could do about the price it’s higher in her system.. ok went to pay with a card and the machine was broken she blamed me said I moved it( so that it was facing me ) asked her what her name is and said Sofia.. we’ll Sofia stated out loud in front of employees and customers that I was “Annoying “ asked for a receipt so I could call corporate she said the machine was out of paper.. told her I was not leaving until i got my receipt (the other meal I had was at a higher price then on board).. such rude management ( oh this in Reno Nv on Damonte pkwy)

A lackluster fast food experience, the milkshake I was given looked rundown and the cherry looked like it had been thrown in or dropped by accident. When I asked for a 3 piece Egg roll the clerk confirmed it as a 2 piece Egg Roll which I never saw on menu, when I asked for sauce she told me to ask at the window. I feel like asking at the speaker helps the efficiency and it shouldn’t require the customer to repeat what they have said. Also their is a hand written sign requesting tips which seems odd, especially considering service.

Second Update: Yay. Changed rating to 4 stars. Music still bad though it didn’t seem quite as loud.

Update: returned a few weeks later to see if they learned. They had not. I was met with the same confusion when I again ordered the popcorn chicken combo. The clerk insisted the combo couldn’t happen with a small order of popcorn chicken, just the large. I pointed to the window ad yet again, where it states a “$5.99 popcorn chicken combo.” Whatever that is, I want it! Is this item not ordered much or what? The clerk apparently finally found the right button on the register, and I was able to get the combo. The food was good.

Original post: They got the order wrong and acted like it was my fault. I clearly said I wanted the $5.99 popcorn chicken combo, as shown on the promo on the window. It comes with a beverage and curly fries. The clerk seemed confused when I ordered this. I kept pointing to the window ad. Clerk acted like he was unaware of this deal. When I picked up order at the counter, sans cup and fries, I said it was supposed to be a combo. I pointed to the window yet again. A second clerk showed up and they both acted like I made a mistake, and “explained” to me that I had ordered just the popcorn chicken and that the combo costs more. As if I had given the order wrong and was too stupid to understand this fact. I didn’t like their attitude at all. I had told the clerk I wanted the combo . It was the clerk who entered a popcorn chicken only. How hard can it be to ring up “popcorn chicken COMBO” ??

Also, the music here is awful and way too loud.

So I’ve decided to treat myself to a shake considering it is something that I don’t have very often. I ordered the large oreo shake. The lady repeated my order and I thought it was good to go. I grabbed my shake and it turned out to be a regular which I was charged for a regular that’s fine, but more than half of the cup was filled with whip cream.

The workers have to have a vendetta against their customers or something, every time my order is missing items or just fully wrong. I’m sorry but to have an attitude doing your job and doing it wrong (purposeful or not) is crazy. Leaving a review because this is the 5th or 6th time i’ve had this experience

Not open for lobby…drive thru only. Let’s follow the Governor and CDC already. Still…you guys are not following the CDC and State guidelines like ALL the businesses in the city, local and State. Businesses in your area have all safely opened except for you.
