Cashier was sitting down on her phone the whole time Tables were filthy I slid on a piece of ice in front of the ice machine. Water everywhere floors filthy. Decided to just get sodas too dirty to eat here. Other customers had to ask for her help because her nose was in her phone the 30 minutes we sat here.

Went last night, the guy said he had no onions or peppers. Blamed morning shift. Didn’t even add my sauce to my bowl. He looked either high or just woke up. Have ate here before and loved it. Not last night! It sucked! Basically I was charged for a whole protein bowl and it should’ve been half price! Only a chicken salad with no sauce. It was supposed to be a mexicali.

Our incident happened at the Subway happened at the one on 3rd st in Grove, Oklahoma, but the Manager at this Subway is main Manager of both and was involved in this as well. Husband Got charged 40 bucks for 3 foot longs when they was given a coupon for 3 foot longs for 17.99. Husband got to the house & telling me about it and so I called them they refused saying they was never given coupon ( which I know better.) So then I speak with 2 managers and all they can say well the day is closed out now but I can give you one free foot long to satisfy you. No thanks I don’t believe you have a one that adds up to the 22 bucks that you over charged us! Plus the bread was far beyond fresh! It was very hard and the sandwich was so bland had no flavor at all!!! Both Subways in Grove, Oklahoma leave ALOT to be desired!!! I would not recommend either one!!!!

Subway has been a favorite of my family for at least a decade. In the past, I have had problems with this unit in Grove. It seems those days have passed. The shining room, rest rooms, and visible food prep areas are all kept clean at any time of operation. The food is fresh and tasty. Most importantly the staff is polite, courtious, and pleasant. Keep it up!

Absolutely love the service at this location in specific. It is a small subway but left me hugely satisfied, best service I’ve had from this chain of restaurants in multiple years wish I would have caught the name of the man who made my sandwich he seriously deserves a raise even double his current pay.

I called in my order of about 5 sandwiches. The employee kept putting me on hold while he took my order. I patiently waited and got through with taking my order. Mind you it was 15min just to get my order taken. I love about 20 min out of town so I drove to get my sandwiches and drove home. I got home and opened my sandwiches. 2 of them where all wrong.. mustard on my meatball sandwich??? My cousin got tomatoes on his which he is allergic to. So I politely call the gentleman at the store and tell him. He then begins to argue with me saying he can not replace my order and that I must have told him wrong. I disagreed and told him that he shouldn’t of been putting me on hold all those times then maybe this wouldn’t happen. I Then got ahold of the manager Tina in the morning and she claims she can not replace my order because she has to have the sandwiches, so when her district manager can come in and count the mistakes later in the week. How r u going to keep customers sandwiches in the store for a week till your manager gets in. That’s beyond gross. This is why I do not eat at any of the grove subways because they have the same management team.
