Fiesta Mexicana in Christiansburg was a fantastic stop. The Fiesta Fajita came out sizzling and full of vibrant flavor, and the mojarra was perfectly cooked with a great balance of seasoning and freshness. Friendly service and generous portions made the whole meal feel warm and satisfying. A great spot for authentic, delicious Mexican food.

The host was nice, got us our food, but the food itself was mediocre. Fish tacos were overly fried and hard, visually unappealing, and I threw them away. Rice also felt old and hard- and I tossed it as well. The Birria was ok- not on par with gran rodeo for the money. Overall- wouldn’t return.

Waited 10 minutes to even get chips and have my drink order taken. The table was very sticky. And really not impressed with the ACP. It really does not have much flavor, very bland. Also the rectangle plate is hard to eat from without making a mess. The cheese dip is also pretty bland. Tastes like mostly like milk or cream in my opinion. I heard good things so had high hopes but was honestly disappointed.

I had the tacos birria and the meat was tender and delicious. The refried beans were very good and my margarita was excellent. Our server was attentive and polite, we will definitely be back! They had menu options that you can’t find at the regular Mexican restaurants.

Best Mexican food in SWVA! I have been to all of the chain restaurants and tex-mex places in Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Salem and Roanoke and Fiesta is my favorite authentic Mexican restaurant. Small place with a little bar but the food can’t be beat for the money. Don’t come thinking you’re getting Tex-mex and you will love trying some real Mexican food.

The service was quick and attentive! I had the ACP with the added grilled vegetables and it was amazing! The portion size was very generous. We loved the salsa bar and the tortilla chips were nice and hot. We will return soon!

The salsa bar here is fantastic. It’s the thing that keeps us coming back. Well, that and the chorizo street tacos! And the thougthful service. Today I asked for something that wasn’t on the menu, and without hesitation they offered to make it for me. Really grateful to have this place in our neighborhood.
