I recently bought a triple stack burger combo here. I ordered it without mayo, add barbecue sauce. The burger was excellent, really very good. The fries were good too. A very satisfying meal. This is the second time I have gotten the triple stack burger, and the previous time was great too. I have eaten here many times, never a mistake or bad food.

We were never greeted when we came in. The lady at the counter continue on with what she was doing and never looked up to acknowledge us.
The cook has shoulder length hair and no hair net. But the flies are EVERYWHERE!! Something needs to be done, it is so gross!!

First time going into this diary queen we didn’t expect much as an average fast fooder but! oh my glob these customer service people! was EXCELLENT. Stanley and Jennifer carefully crafted our orders with such care and love, every bite of my flame thrower burger I felt their woven attention. Was well taken care of like a fresh baby out of the womb! Will be visiting this specific diary queen location for how ever long god lets me live.

This location doesn’t fill up the cup with ice cream for their specialty deserts. Very skimpy on their items. Was at another location recently and they filled the containers up with the icecream. $7.5 for a half of a cup of ice cream on the oreo brownie confection.

An employee of yours stole my debit card information.
I bought food from this establishment last night, and a young woman took my card to the inside register claiming that the drive-thru one didn’t work. She was taking way too long to swipe my card for just one transaction, so I thought to myself to lock my card after I bought my food.
I’m so glad I did because that little girl tried to steal my money and card info. I have a charge to my account that tried to go through AT THIS DAIRY QUEEN looooong after I went home. I will be contacting a manager when this place opens, and if nothing is done to this employee I will make a police report and we can let the law handle her. I will not be kind to someone who attempts to steal what little money I’m allowing myself to spend after working 3 12hr shifts in a row.

Went in and stood by the register for 10 mins and no one had acknowledged me despite staffs walking in and out of the counter
A manager/owner looking person (not in uniform) was busy bossing the staffs around and they were breaking bags of ice on the ground next to me, which is unsanitary
Probably tells a lot about the sanitation of this place
If just one staff would’ve acknowledged me and told me they were busy, I wouldn’t mind waiting at all; however, unfortunately, it feels like they didn’t care about losing business and straight up ignore my existence
I then brought my business elsewhere

Stopped in last night for a couple cones and a chicken strip basket.
Something got lost in translation and they charged me for 3 cones. I don’t mind but I asked for a refund and was given a free Sunday ticket and told “That’s all I can do.” from a young gentleman that seemed to be a manager. Not to mention that the cones were already melting when they handed them to us.
Went in for the free sunday which is normally $4.19. This is what I was given today.
It’s unfortunate that I have to write a bad review because this place used to be the jam when I was in high school and now it’s gone downhill and is much dirtier inside that I would care to see as well as the poor service.

Employee was breaking up ice on metal table and making a very loud noise. When asked why he could not break up the ice in the back and then bring it out to the ice machine. The employee argued with my wife. Then turned up the music so loud she could not visit with her sister. Very poor unprofessional employees
