They don’t even deserve 1 star. I got 3 happy meals they gave me 5 nuggets instead of 6. They didn’t give the drinks for none of the happy meals. I also specifically said I wanted a PLAIN sandwich failed to do that as well.

God awful service. My wife brought my daughter to the drive thru tonight ( 12/5/25) at about 5:45 pm and instead of providing any level of customer service, the guys working were clowning around with each other and left my wife and daughter sitting in the car at the window with the food ready and visible for over 5 minutes allowing the food to get cold. No apology, outside of a “my bad” and no offer to remake the food fresh. The owner/operator should be ashamed of the standards they have set for their employees. You encourage what you tolerate and I refuse to believe this is a first time issue.

Talk about lunch and a show. Right at the high of lunch the manager decides to take a break while there is a huge line and no orders are coming out.
Waited around 15 minutes for my mobile order to come out. Which I had to get up and ask about and they couldn’t find the order even though it was on the screen.
People are getting vocal and employees are yelling at each other in front of customers. Still the manager is just sitting there watching it happen. Thankfully one worker with brown hair busted her tail to get everything fixed for people. She was an angel but this manager needs additional training or needs to find a job not in management.
The manager finally got up was after a customer yelled for the manager and chewed her out after an employee got hostile with him about the missing items in his order. But she did nothing other than waddle to the back after the lunch craze died down.
I recommend staying away until for this location until corporate jumps in and fixes this because obviously no one there cares and the franchisee is letting it happen.
The only thing I recommend is watching the train wreck happen because that’s all this McDonald’s has going for it.

My Dad and I stopped here for lunch. Our food was good, but there was no toilet paper in the woman’s restroom, I told the clerk about it and she acted like she could have cared less.

I went out with my boyfriend and ended up ordering a frappe and they told me that I needed to order it differently bc I wanted a caramel drizzle on top of the drink instead of the cookie syrup and then was rudely told that they wouldn’t do it and to remember that for next time

This location does not sell happy meal toys separately from the happy meal. This has always been an option until now. Seemingly only at this location. I just bought happy meal toys (4 days ago) from the location on route 50. Pretty disappointing.

Gonna keep it as short as possible. Got food with my dad and asked for a little bit of sauce. One of the lady’s behind the counter (buzzcut hair, overweight) was totally rude about the whole thing for no reason. She started talking about how she “already gave me sauce” then she was just rude with any other interaction i had with her. She seemed to be nice to pretty much anyone else. Not to mention the fries were raw. I will say my food was served fast and everything seemed decently clean.

Waited 9 minutes for 2 mcchickens. The girl filling orders had at least shoulder length hair and it wasn’t pulled up or back or anything, which was kind of upsetting to say the least. Most likely won’t be visiting here again!!
