Its fast food, taste good, alitttle too greasy, but that’s what make it fast. I live their self serve soda machine with dozens of options. They were out of some flavors and ice was not available at the machine. Had to get some from the staff from the machine inside the work area.

Extremely long wait time and when when I pay with EBT sometimes they charge me tax and sometimes they don’t
I guess the California law changes everyday depending on who knows how to work the EBT machine

I’m honestly pretty frustrated with my recent visit to this Jack in the Box. I ordered the new fajita bowl with white rice and crispy chicken. Instead, I got a teriyaki bowl—completely not what I ordered. I went back in, told them they got it wrong, and they tried to fix it. But even then, they messed it up again. The “fixed” fajita bowl still didn’t have the right ingredients. It was missing the black beans and corn, and basically, they got it wrong twice in a row. Really disappointing experience and not what I expected. I’m never coming back to this location again!!

Very bad experience, it took almost 45 minutes just to get my food out when i only ordered 3 items. Fast food, but more like slow food. Very disappointing and hope they don’t continue like this. It’s unacceptable behavior.

Worse Jack in the box ever! Avoid if possible! The owner must really hate it’s customers because the food portions are smaller than most other Jack’s and it’s always been really gross unfortunately I live very close by so I’ve gone more here than I’d like to admit. The food generally sucks but added with receiving old fries Everytime is even worse. The only reason I didn’t vote 1 star is due to the fact the staff are very professional and very courteous. Would never go there again and I recommend highly to avoid!

Poor quality control of food. I went on my lunch break and got crispy chicken sandwich combos. The tomato’s were old and wilting. The chicken was rubbery and not cooked properly. Will not return to this location.

Got a moldy Breakfast Jack! I had to let corporate know since it was intended for my toddler and was genuinely concerned she had ingested mold from their burgers previously. They blamed it on a new supplier when the District Manager reached out. He apologized and offered coupons. Over a month later, they did not arrive. Don’t need or want coupons but there was a lack of interest in the situation. Will not go back.
