The flavors lean very Vietnamese and feel intentional rather than generic. The soup bases are solid and well balanced, not overly salty, which makes it easy to enjoy multiple rounds without feeling overwhelmed. The self-serve setup is straightforward and efficient, and I liked having clear options for both fatty and lean cuts of meat.
The beef carpaccio was a standout, especially for an AYCE place, and the beef skewers were incredibly tender. The quality of the meat for the price is impressive overall. Seafood selection was also strong, and there were enough vegetarian options that non-meat eaters would still feel taken care of.
One thing that really elevated the experience was the sauce bar. There are a lot of ways to customize flavors, and it genuinely enhances the meal rather than feeling like an afterthought. Appetizers were also surprisingly good, which is something a lot of AYCE spots tend to overlook.
Service deserves a special mention. Everyone we interacted with was attentive and friendly, and our server Tu was especially great. You can tell the staff cares about making sure guests are having a good experience.
Overall, this place feels unique and thoughtfully done. It separates itself from other hot pot restaurants in the city by leaning into Vietnamese flavors, solid execution, and strong service. Definitely a spot I’d come back to, especially with friends who want something familiar but different at the same time.
The flavors of the hotpot broth surpassed my expectations! Very authentic and full of flavors!
The place has a modern and beautiful vibes.
For pricing: There are 3 tiers, everyone at the table must pick the same tier. So, let’s say you picked tier 1 ($30), your dining companion(s) can’t pick tier 2 ($40) or tier 3 ($60). This is because each tier will have their own meat choices as well as appertizers, so they want to control “sharing” across diff tiers.
We opted for tier 1 since we aren’t big eaters. Tier 1 has 3 choices of meat and about 12 appetizers plus the buffet bars so that was plenty for us!
You tell the waitstaff what tier your want, the broth you want and once that’s ordered, they will leave the tablet for you to order what you want. Just order 10 items at a time, so they can prep them and wait a few min before ordering more since it is AYCE.
The meat choices were:
1. prime flat iron
2. pork belly
3. beef shank
They were all very tender and good quality.
We also ordered the following appetizers:
1. eggrolls: delicious with the Vietnamese flavors. One of the best I have had!
2. grilled shrimp skewers: delicous!
3. beef cubes on the skewers: very tender and flavorful.
4. spring rolls: good and weren’t too filling
5. chicken wings: small in size which is perfect so you don’t get too full on that and it comes with 4 pieces. The flavors here again is amazing!
6. shrimp crackers – crispy and good
7. corn and dried shrimp: the dried shrimp are suttle but what made this good was the green onion oil they added to this!
8. chinese donuts: perfect to dip into your broth!
Regarding the broth: You get your individual hotpot so no more needing to share the pot.
The broth we had were the (1) Tom Yum and (2) the Vietnamese sweet and sour and both were phenomenal in flavors! Esp the Vietnamese sweet and sour broth, it tasted just like how I would make it at home with just the right amount of tartness and sweetness and bursting with different spices in it! This is better than most sweet and sour soup I have had at some Vietnamese restaurants!
The drinks are included in the price and I love that they have quite a variety for you: sodas, milk tea, Saigon tea and lychee tea with lychee flavored bobas even!
The dipping sauces were also excellent. It has a couple of authentic Vietnamese sauces which was a pleasant surprise. The buffet bars are full of veggies, diff noodles and mushroom. Their seafood bar is also very impressive and they aren’t skimping on quality either!
This place is truly amazing, it blew our favorite hotpot out of the water. We will now frequent this place and no where else from now on. Great food and selection, impressive quality and excellent staff serving you.
Will def be back.
The lobster and scallops were very fresh, tender and delicious! The wagyu beef’s are must try. We also ordered some seafood appetizers including oyster and grilled shrimps.
Service was very friendly. We arrived early at 5pm so got seated soon. But it’s better to make a reservation cos there was a big line pretty soon.
At one point, I tried to test the limits by casually glancing around for him — he materialized at the table in under three seconds. I don’t know if he has a sensor system or if he just teleports, but whatever it is, it works. Everytime I blink, my soul is somehow magically filled.
He kept everything smooth, organized, and running like a luxury resort operation. Honestly, if he were in charge of logistics for the entire country, we’d probably have world peace by now.
The food deserves its own praise, but Steven’s service is the reason this place feels like it’s operating in a different league. If excellence had a spokesperson, it would be him.
