After giving them a little time to get over the new restaurant jitters I gave them a try. First clue should have been at 5:30 on a Saturday night and no car’s parked out front. I ordered the Mexican dinner which was tasty. Chips and salsa are extra but flour chips sounded good. Drinks are self serve and around the corner in a hallway a good distance from the tables. Dinner was delivered to my table a nice portion of rice and beans and a bag of flour chips. I enjoy dipping chips in the rice and beans. The big bag of flour chips was mostly broken pieces and some over cooked. To small to dip. Very disappointed for having paid extra. Hope things get better. I love the Anchor Inn in Hutchinson.

They catered my wedding and did a fantastic job. In the few weeks leading up to the wedding, Tara called to confirm the order and connected me with the manager, Aaron, when I had questions about changing something on my order. They answered all my questions very well and made sure the order was what I wanted.
On the day of the wedding, the food was delivered on time and kept warm. They let us borrow insulated boxes to keep the extra warm food in until it needed to be refilled at the taco bar.
The whole process went very well and the food was great. I would definitely recommend their catering service!

The food is all made right there in the restaraunt! It’s fast and fantastic without killing your wallet. It’s prices are about the same as fast food restaurants, while the food quality befits something normally much more expensive. The environment is friendly, and the people who work there do their very best to please every customer! I love going there!

Need to give them another try but first time was awful. Went for lunch with my wife and they were out of hard tacos and chips and salsa. How can you be out of that at lunch? Food was mediocre at best and was mostly cold and fairly bland. I guess if you are looking for something other than Taco Bell this might be an option. But I would recommend another Mexican place down the street.

I did not like the atmosphere. Not much decor and bare walls but that might change as it’s fairly new. Loud country music and poor customer service. The college kids at the front counter were trying so hard to look cool they couldn’t answer a simple question without trying to make you look dumb. The food was ok but nothing great.

Same GREAT food as the Anchors Hutchinson. It’s very fresh and flavorful you can tell the food is made fresh when you order it! The queso is the BOMB sooo good!!!
