Reviews
The service is also worth mentioning from being greeted with a smile and hello from the host/bartender to my server Krissy who was friendly and helped with any questions I had about the menu. Nice, friendly service these days is slim to none unfortunately so as a former restaurant worker, I appreciate good friendly service. Definitely putting this place as a favorite spot!
The ambiance has a welominging home feel with indoor and patio seating. Staff is super nice especially Melinda, she is attentive and so sweet.
Parking is tricky and it can get busy here, but worth the wait!!
The Avocado Toast was delicious. As was the chicken fried steak and eggs with a half order of waffles. The chicken sausage and eggs were also amazing. My family absolutely loved everything about this restaurant.
Last but not least, the staff were extremely friendly and courteous. We had great service and the restaurant was clean and well kept.
I highly recommend this amazing breakfast location to everyone.
They charge an extra $2.99 to sub the regular fries for sweet potato fries way more than other places. they are way overpriced. Just a regular waffle place I go to other places that are better and I spend $10 less.
Everything is fresh and creative, above all else everyone here is great both Sam & Jesus were a joy and very patient!
The prices are also super reasonable for the quality you’re getting, which is a nice bonus. Whether it’s their waffles, breakfast plates, or something savory, it’s all been fantastic. If you’re looking for a great place to grab brunch, you can’t go wrong with N Waffle.
Date/time of visit: Saturday morning, ~10:30 AM
Parking: there’s a small lot in the back for a few cars but it’s tight. Parked on the street, Ventura. Street parking is 1 hr max, costs $1; they do come around and check.
Party size: 2
Environment/ambience: pretty cool, a few TVs with the college basketball game on. We sat at the counter; there’s a line for a table. I’m guessing ~30 mins or so; all tables were full
Service: was great; offered suggestions and water. Came around often.
Food: had the 1/2 waffle combo; 2 eggs sunny side up with extra toast. Everything was good; ended up taking the waffles home. No alcohol here, BTW.
Cost: $63 with tip; $1 for meter parking
Would I go back (yes/no): 90/10; food was great just hard to find parking.
