New Saigon is my favorite banh mi in Denver! I have yet to try golden banh mi which I’ve heard great things about too.

Bahn mi? Yes please! Fresh baked bread, crisp veggies and delicious grilled meats… count me in every single time! Order and go spot with all kinds of treats but the line is for the bahn mi sandwiches and drinks. The mixed Thai drink is packed with delicious jelly and young coconut in a perfectly semi-sweet creamy drink…. get one! There are lots of meat options but we went with grilled pork and grilled beef and neither disappointed. Will we be back, absolutely!

Very solid sized banh mi for the price, was happy with the product until I got to the bottom and I was eating straight pork fat. I get that the pork belly is savory but this amount of fat is completely unacceptable.
I will be back to get the bbq pork version to potentially update this review. I really liked this spot, but I am extremely disappointed at the lack of meat in what I ordered.

This is my fave banh mi in Denver. They consistently load it with all the goodies and the bread is baked in house. I always order the traditional banh mi sandwich with pate! That’s just the way I like it!

5/5, Favorite banh mi to date. I’ve tried more than enough Vietnamese shops from coast to coast and this is a gem. I got the grilled beef with pate and it was fking fire. Let alone the flavor, the portion I got was huge for $8.50. They also were super friendly and gave me local recommendations. Wouldnt recommend walking here but they have plenty of parking.

No better Vietnamese food. This place is Outstanding with their sandwiches and food. We are from Chicago and decided to stop by. One of the biggest Banh Mi I’ve ever seen for the price. We are looking at how we can make it back before we leave. Only minor complaint is that you can’t eat inside.

Bought a great pork banh mi there that’s easily enough for 2 meals. Recommend asking for some kind of sauce, otherwise it’s kinda dry (think I’ll add a fish sauce/chili sauce blend that I toss together, but I bet they have something good behind the counter if you ask). It is delicious and they have some pretty niche items there! Would highly recommend checking it out and I’ll definitely be back.

Best banh mi in America (maybe the even the world). I’ve traveled all throughout orange County California (little saigon) and this is in its own league. I’ve not yet been to Vietnam, but my dad says they don’t make it in the motherland like they do here. Get the dac biet (sandwich #1) toasted, you won’t regret it

Spring rolls are excellent here, really good and fresh ingredients, included sauce is also very good.
Had the #6 Char-Siu BBQ pork. Ingredients were all very good, bread was the only thing that is slightly better at another spot.
Service is friendly and fast.
