The DFAC is clean and the food at lunch is good. Come dinner most nights the same stuff that was served for lunch is being served for dinner and by that time it is dry or soggy depending on what it is. A menu needs to be by the check in counter so that we can leave without having scanned our CAC and get something from the grab n go portion if dinner is the same food we had for lunch.

Regular hot cooked food was great compared to other DFACs on post, front desk attendant SPC Tirado was fun to speak to, great service. Cook to order line super slow, so unless you have the time just get the regular eggs.

The menu is limited but if you’re looking for specific basics anyways then you’ll probably come here three times a day. Not enough parking. Increased hours would also be nice.

Just an update from my last review that this aviation dfac now opens for real food aswell. The kiosk will stay the same hours but now the dfac opens breakfast / lunch / dinner now.

Pretty depressing, nothing but refrigerated foods and sandwiches, if you have a form of transportation you’re good the nearest dfac is about 8 minutes away but if you don’t prepare to eat 3 square meals of cold turkey sandwiches, pudding, tuna and some other snacks. This isn’t a dfac it’s a stop and shop for finger foods and snacks.

Very hit or miss… Welcome to DFAC dining, right? That said the Soldiers who work here are friendly and do a good job and aren’t appreciated enough. So thank you all!

Attention this is no longer a DFAC. This DFAC is permanently closed. It now has a small walk in area called “The Outpost” where you can grab-n-go small snack items. It’s much like a snack pack for a child. Only 8 individuals are allowed in at a time. Soldiers that need actual meal are hating it. Morale is bad. Make sure you have a lot of time to get your food if you are going here. It’s an absolutely horrible experience. Needs to be reported to the IG to have the DFAC brought back. Maybe write your congressman.

I believe SPC Tirado was better in the front desk. Chill guy professional. Always make sure every atendee soldier takes off their headphone & beanie. Keep it soldier!

Terrible experience for breakfast. I felt unwelcome eating there with family members. No coffee creamer, no juice and toaster dident work. Had to walk through a lake of water to put my tray away. Bamford DFAC much better.

No one seems to care about how depressing this DFAC is. No TV, no music. Burger guy had an absolute IDGAF attitude and completely unmotivated. If this was a “for profit”they would be out of business in a month. Apparently the dishwasher has been broken for 2 weeks so everything is served on paper plates and styrofoam cups. Terrible DFAC!
