Outstanding pizza! The ingredients are so evidently fresh and high-quality but the pizza tastes amazing. We got multiple different pizza flavors and they all were excellent. The guys working in the kitchen were incredibly kind and thoughtful. I love how they do a thinner crossed and wider pizza, making it really easy to enjoy amongst a group of people. This is definitely the best pizza in Pflugerville Texas.

Joey the manager honestly just provided the best customer service I’ve ever gotten. This review is for you and the staff. The pizza is pretty amazing too. I usually like my thick crust pizza and love to enjoy my carbs with my pizza but this has to be hands down one of my favorite thin crust options.

I wasn’t expecting to find some of the best pizza around at a brewery — but wow, was I pleasantly surprised! Deft Pies at Old Gregg Brewery is the kind of hidden gem that makes you wonder why every brewery doesn’t have a pizza oven out back.
The vibe is unbeatable: relaxed, lively, and full of good energy. You’ve got cold craft beer on tap, the smell of fresh pizza baking, and people genuinely enjoying themselves — what more could you ask for?
The pizza was on point. I ordered the Texas Tavern Pie and it came out hot, crisp, and packed with flavor. The crust had that perfect wood-fired char, the sauce was rich and tangy, and the toppings were fresh and thoughtfully chosen — nothing skimpy or overdone. You can tell they care about quality, not just filling bellies.
Best part? It paired perfectly with my IPA. Whoever thought of combining artisan pizza with locally brewed beer deserves a medal.
If you’re into great food, great beer, and great atmosphere, do yourself a favor and check this place out. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick pint or settling in for the night, this pizza is not to be missed.

Overpriced payed 30 dollars for one pizza and when you ask them for a ranch they just roll their eyes and expect u to pay 1.25 for ONE ranch..

I understand quality ingredients come at a cost, but my main issue was more with the attitude from the staff when I asked for ranch.. other places say yeah sure you can have one for free and next time pay for it .. I don’t mind paying extra for good food or house-made sauce it was just how it was handled that left a bad impression. Hopefully that part can be improved because the pizza itself wasn’t bad
Also, one thing I didn’t mention is how late the pizza was. They gave me a timeframe, but it went way past that. I had to keep checking in to see if it was ready, and it ended up being around a 45-minute wait for a single pizza. I understand if it’s busy, but that should be communicated better. I just don’t think it’s right to charge premium prices and still make customers wait that long without updates.

This wasn’t our first time eating this pizza, just the first time I’m leaving a review! Always has been good. The bruschetta is OUT OF THIS WORLD.
We had a little hiccup with our pizza but the owner was quick to resolve the situation to make sure that we were happy. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a good pizza spot!
