The restaurant is well-decorated and embodies the spirit of Boston in its decor. They offer a variety of items, from small plates to large. The beer selection includes both local and global options. The food dishes are beyond ordinary preparation, featuring a fusion of multiple cuisines, but with careful attention to avoid overshadowing any one cuisine. The veggie burger might sound simple, but even with lettuce wraps, it was juicy and the sauces were like warm hugs to the burger. The sides weren’t just plain house potatoes; they were crispy yet flavorful.

Casual bar with good food. Their chips and guac is so good, we also got chicken quesadilla and chicken sandwich both were delicious.

Some things never change!! I had not been here in 10 years and as soon as I walked in I could smell that minty slaw! Awesome friendly staff, skewer and peanut sauce. Very good value for this area, $10 and you leave satisfied.

Good food, good service. The atmosphere was almost good, but the music was far too loud, there were some noise dampener panels on the ceiling, but not nearly enough. I was wearing earplugs because I get overstimulated and it was still too loud even after asking about turning it down, and the acoustics of the place mean conversations were bouncing making it even louder.
Also had a blaring speaker over the front door, and I personally am not a fan of music escaping a business intentionally, it’s one thing if the windows are open but it was raining so they were not.
Chicken and Lamb Skewers were very tasty.

The best thing about this bar is its atmosphere, which perfectly matches MIT and Cambridge. The food and drink menu is displayed on boards designed to look like chemical element symbols, and you can also see this menu style on their website. The food is average, but they have around six kinds of draft beer, which are quite good. The place is always busy, and while the staff is friendly, they seemed a bit understaffed. If you want to experience the vibe of Cambridge, a city of researchers, this is a great spot.

The nerdy vibe makes this neighborhood pub unique. The service and atmosphere are always pleasant and fun. It’s amazing I’m sure the staff came and went, but the tradition and vibe seem to be carried on after all these years.

The most unique (nerdy) thing is the menu in the format of a periodical table. They pretty much kept the same menu as 20 years ago when I went to the small institute of tech down on mass ave. 🙂

It was a special place for a treat when I was a poor student back in the days. Now my family visit this place as a special treat every time we are in the neighborhood.

Please keep it the way you are! ❤️

Great atmosphere, staff was super friendly and helpful. We sat over to the left of the bar as you walk in and could people watch late at night which was a lot of fun. Beer menu is right above the entrance and the food list is on the wall to the right of the bar. The bar gave off a great friendly neighborhood bar vibe which we all
Loved. Prices were great too, on the cheap side. Would def come back here.

We discovered this place when I was showing friends around town, and it’s going to be a regular haunt for sure.

The food and drinks were phenomenal, and the atmosphere was lively without feeling too crowded. Wait staff was delightful. Definitely a new favorite in the Boston area. Try the beef skewers!

This bar has a really fun gimmick of having the menu be on one massive chalkboard in the shape of a periodic table and has a really fun vibe. The burger I got was very good and I would get it again. The home fries however we’re very hard, flavored well but tough to chew so I’d sub them out. The watermelon sangria was also very good. I’d definitely come back!
