After I ordered I was asked to park in the front while they cook the steak for my bowls. I asked for some of every hot sauce. I waited fifteen minutes for my food and not only did I not get any of my hot sauce but they forgot my taco. No it was not busy there was only one other car in the drive through. No I did not order a lot. I ordered two bowls, three burritos, and a taco. Only one of the burritos and the taco were mine so I’m more than a little peeved I’m only eating half my meal.

This location, funny enough, is right next to a taco bell – I find that funny. Anyhow, the employees here are all young teens and they embrace it, great service while still managing to have fun. The food is taco villa, like taco villa should be. We got our food fast and hot, all whe being entertained. Overall, this is a great location and the employees give off a great vibe.

Food was cold and bland. Employees and mgr need training on customer service. They sound smooth as if they’re having a bad day . Salsa bar was mess

Sad to say I wonder who run this store cuz I see manager doing the employees jobs. Isn’t it suppose to be the other way around. I’ve been in restaurant all my life and this was horrible to me especially know that some of the employees are couples and can’t seem to keep their personal life out of business. Do better taco villa. You can always tell when and how a place is run. Employees run it more then the actual management

Unacceptable
Today I went back to a location that refused me service when I tried to pay with a $100 bill weeks ago.
I tried to pay with tap to pay this time and was asked to hand over my device in order to pay. It appears the cord given to the window attendant is not long enough to reach outside the window? Either way it’s pathetically unacceptable. The attendant is wearing gloves to protect from germs etc while handling currency as currency is expectedly dirty. Why in gods name would I place a $1000 device in an attendants hands? And what if they were to drop it?
You are failing if in 2025 you cannot accept currency in many forms.
I have tried now to pay with two forms of tender And the company has been unable to accept the tender ♂️
With single burritos that cost near the price of 1lb lean beef… You simply NEED to do better.
Someone look into your tap to pay at least. At the very least

Such a blast from the past. I moved away from Lubbock over 10 years ago. Growing up in Lubbock, Taco Villa was a staple of my weekly meals (especially in High School and college).
To see that the quality hasn’t gone down 1 bit was a huge plus for me today.
On top of the fact that the place was so clean and up to date.
Congrats!

My order wasn’t right in it was missing a diet drink, so I waited what seemed an eternity at the window only to find she didn’t charge me for the drink, she then charged me for the diet drink and I paid–then to find the drink she gave me was not diet, and I ended up throwing it out.
