This is not the first time we’ve had to wait over an hour after placing our order to actually pick it up. My kid likes it but we’re done after today. Placed an order at 1:36 today online. Gave them a ton of time, it’s now 2:42 and we’re still waiting. It’s like they have no idea an order is in until someone arrives and asks. It’s not even during peak lunch time! I’m not sure what’s going on but this is pretty disappointing.

I originally left a negative review after driving from Pilot Mountain to pick up pizzas I had already paid for, only to find the store closed. With many places closed due to a bad snow and ice storm, the app caused confusion by allowing the order to go through.
I later spoke with the general manager, and there was a miscommunication between him and his staff. He was very friendly, took responsibility, and made it right by giving me free cheese sticks and honoring the $3 personal pan pizza deal, even though it’s normally only available on Tuesdays. I really appreciate how he handled the situation.

I genuinely could not think of a worse place to go. Unless you want to be waiting an hour or more for your food, don’t come here. All of their food is premade and frozen. All they do is put the toppings on the dough and bake. Yet somehow you can place an order at Little Italy for a family of 10, And at the same time, order a personal pan pizza from Pizza Hut, and your entire family will have finished eating and be ready for dessert before your personal pan. Pizza from Pizza Hut has even been assembled yet. I have honestly never seen an establishment be so incompetent overall.

Called in a pizza and I was told I can pick it up in 25 minutes, 25 minutes later I showed up for my order and I was told the pizza was not made yet because their deep dish pan was broken. I thought it was odd that they only had one deep dish pan but more importantly, how stupid that they didn’t call me but rather waited until I got there to let me know. So I asked, what were my options and they said thin crust or regular crust. I said regular is fine and they said it will only take a few minutes because they were going to make it right away. 30 minutes later, I asked where the pizza was, and they said it was still in the oven. Approximately five minutes later, I finally received the pizza and it was definitely not worth the wait. Needless to say after that ordeal, I will not be back

The large pizzas have gotten so small. The photo is of a large deep dish pizza…I placed a regular sized piece of paper over it and you can see how easily it covers up the pizza. Paid extra for deep dish …pizza wasn’t even close to what a deep dish should be, less than 3/4 of an inch deep. Ordered large deep dish cheese pizza with light sauce on one of them … It’s very little cheese and allot of sauce, 10″ in diameter (smaller than other chains medium pizzas) and definitely not very thick. We ordered ours online and picked it up at the drive thru. It was ready on time and the girl at the window was nice.

Nice location. The food was fresh and typical Pizza Hut. Great bread sticks, nice salad bar, and the food was served nice and hot —though the restaurant was empty.
The service was great and waitress was very polite and friendly. Typical prices of Pizza Hut, somewhat overpriced for what you really get.
There is plenty of parking outside, and a kids area with game machines and arcade.
The restaurant is located off the main road and is a drive thorough location. It can be seen from the freeway easily, but once in the main guest Google it, it’s buried behind a bunch of other building and apartments.

2 sodas, 2 waters, 6 wings, 1 large 1 topping and 1 large 2 topping pizza – $60 before tip? We entered the establishment to see several signs informing us they were short staffed. There were also signs at the salad bar stating it was temporary down. The server was very nice and patient, however it was odd the menus were poorly printed and extremely difficult to read. The prices were conveniently left off the menus. I was definitely shocked and blindsided when receiving the bill. We came for the nostalgia but left broke.
