This is my first time ordering from American Deli, and I must say I just had the best Philly cheesesteak outside of Philadelphia. Didn’t know what I wanted for wings so I got all three cooks (soft, crispy and extra crispy) all good. Being a truck driver and loving to try new places for food, you guys in Monroe,NC are now my top spot when I’m in town.

Awful customer service. Called at 8:07 to order food for me and my daughters. They told me on the phone it would be 10-15 minutes (see my call log photo). Got there at 8:20. Line was long so waited to pay. Check the time (upper right on my receipt) of when I paid for my order. 8:24 pm. And then the wait was on. 10 minutes went by. Then 20. Then 30. Now granted I ordered my food at 8:07 pm. Check the time on the tv. I was still waiting!!!! Still waiting on my food at 9:02. And they would not give me a refund or discount. Owner was rude as well. No im sorry. No can we add anything for you. I finally got my food at 9:10 pm. I won’t be back. Eat at your own risk!!

First time time coming to American Deli, I am impressed the place is clean. I let the cashier know it was my first visit, she was very helpful kept a smile and knowledgeable about their menu, the food is excellent hot and fresh great taste and the price is right. I will definitely recommend and I will be back here is two pictures of what I got Steak Philly and fries and Lemon Pepper Chicken $12

Wings are definitely not worth it. You get more celery than wings. Looks like I got a 10 pc celery with wings for the side. Pigeon legs aren’t even this small. 0 out of 10
