The manager personally made my Frosty, and it looked rushed and sloppy. Everything was poured to one side of the cup, and it was extremely messy and poorly presented.
What made it worse was seeing that same manager handle my fries with bare hands while having long nails. That is unsanitary and unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position. Managers should be setting the standard for food safety, not ignoring it.
This experience made me seriously question the cleanliness and hygiene practices at this store. I expect basic food safety and professionalism when I’m paying for a meal.

I ordered 2 $4 biggie bags, a small fry, a 4 piece nugget and a medium Diet Coke. I got home and 2 fries and 2 nuggets were missing (I know, I should’ve checked the bag before I left). So I called and asked if I could pick up the missed food tomorrow since I’m already home and whoever answered asked me a few questions then hung up on me. Very poor service.

Wendy’s should have polite employees. One lady response to me so rudely, and when I was about to order another meal. Some of them are very rude to the customers. I don’t like those behaviour. You should have had a better employees worker. Don’t make this happen again.

Somehow the burgers served at this location don’t measure up to burgers we’ve had at other locations. Maybe is was because we and two other people in line had to wait 15 minutes while the staff took care of drive through.
