I cannot seem to place a mobile order for this store that ISN’T screwed up somehow.
I was told I needed to wait because the hash browns were just dropped (in the oil). Several minutes later, I get my order and leave. I get homw to find that the only thing missing was, you guessed it, hash browns.
Then, good luck calling. The phone was picked up and put down. After five minutes of listening to the sounds of the kitchen area, and repeating “Hello?” with no answer, I give up and call back. Straight to voicemail despite repeated calls that wasted another five minutes.

Quaint laid-back calm little nook in the hamlet of Elsmere within O Little Town of Bethlehem with decent kind staff good for a nosh. Convenient and even almost charming— being not in Albany really gives it a Leg Up. The music they play here is finely curated uplifting late 90s pop; exquisite choice and low-key genius if you think about it. Satisfying.

The most useless McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Employees are rude and mess up orders all the time. On top of that close time according to Google AND the app says 11pm and me and my girlfriend have made several orders online or gone to the drive through 10-1030pm and the app will go though but nobody will answer the speaker. Despite seeing people in there, them making eye contact with you, and ignoring you. Thought maybe it was a one time issue but it’s happened 4 seperate times over the course if a few months. The staff here are useless and lazy. And the “link” the owner is telling people in the comments to go to and write feedback doesn’t even work. Convient.

I ordered and paid for a 4 piece McNugget. I left without them after waiting more than 10 minutes. There was only one other in store customer. The staff asked if she was being helped but completely ignored me. My #231 was on the being served side the whole time. I ended up giving my receipt to the woman who was also waiting with kids. She thanked and apologized. She’s the customer. The staff still wouldn’t acknowledge me. Perhaps it’s because I was in my work clothes. I don’t know. Bad, very bad customer service!!!!

This Mcdonalds is absolutely garbage, number 1 i got sick off their food could tell immediately that something was off about the meat on the QP. The girl who works the drive through most of the time when I come is RUDE. You will tell her thank you right to her face and she will straight up ignore you.

Me and my friends entered this place hoping for a quick meal. we order 20 dollars worth of food, waited for almost and hour for our food which never came. In the end, the staff did give us a full refund begrudgingly. Also the air in there smells like rotting sewage, the only good smelling place in the entire building, was the bathroom. We asked if they were backed up, they said they were very backed up. With 3 people, and a broken drive thru? We will not be returning.
