Went in for lunch today and the gentlemen that took my order was great. I had shared my previous experiences with the establishment being a little disappointing. If you see this place RUN AWAY. You and your family should never come here. It took me 20 Minutes just to get someone to come to the register to take my order and another 30 just to get my food. While we wait we tried to sit but the restaurant was just absolutely disgusting. I seen a plethora of pest, pest being the roaches and big mice I saw. When we FINALLY got our food it was cold and my kid got moldy chicken YES MOLDY CHICKEN. Never EVER come here. I tried to get my food replaced but they attempted to gaslight me into thinking it wasn’t mold. I asked for a refund due to the OBVIOUSLY moldy food and they refused. This entire build needs to be shut down due to the amount of violations.

We pickup KFC with some regularity (usually an order of 50 nuggets) and they’re quick and courteous and friendly (I think I might be the only one who orders this, so they know it’s me when I pick it up). This can be a tough order to get on-time during a lunch hour at other stores, but they always knock it out of the park.

My 5 yr old got food poisoning from this place. Tea tasted like it was 8hrs old. Food looked and tasted like it was from the morning and we went at dinner time. I’ll be calling corporate. I didn’t even receive a receipt so there is probably money theft going on as well.

Poor customer service will never be going back. I ordered all my items buffalo and got my burger with 2 pickles and mayo with a hair inside yet no buffalo. My Nashville tenders I ordered them buffalo and got chicken with a plate full of grease at the bottom no buffalo whatsoever. My other item was okay.
