Terrible customer service. Ordered dinner for delivery after waiting over an hour for it, I tried calling to see where it was at that point they were already closed. After over 2 hours I assumed the food was never coming and had to order uber eats. When meeting my uber eats outside, I see the pizza left on my neighbors porch. (After I specified my address and delivery instructions over the phone). At that point the pizza was rock solid and freezing cold, it was inedible. When I called the next day demanding a refund the worker on the phone told me the driver is claiming to have called me 10 times and rang my door bell and after 30 minutes they left my food. I received not a single phone call and they were at the wrong apartment. After asking the worker on the phone what number the driver called was- because I never got a call they told me, they cannot tell me that and will not give me a refund and that I should have called sooner to ask where it was. They also refused to give me the contact information for the manager or owners. Absolutely terrible customer service. It’s a shame because I eat here often and this was the first time I ever ordered delivery.

My friend just tried to order 2 slices for pickup. Go there and they ignore him then make him wait only to just put the slices in the oven. Mind you the order was placed before hand and had to drive there. Ended up going somewhere else. The previous review is pretty accurate for the experience.

This place has the best vodka pizza known to man that I reather drive the long way Thur rockaway just to stop and get pizza until they take my money then 20 min later pizza still not in the oven was such in disguise I ask for my money back and left never will come back unless I have a hr or so to wait for 2 slices and the places isn’t even packed just slow young ladies working behind the counter so just make sure u have enough time to wait for no pizza

New best pizza on 129th In my opinion. Sorrentina has no seats to wait for your food while here has plenty. Like an actual pizzeria where you can walk in, grab a slice and leave. The pizza itself is better than or at least on par with sorrentina. Solid plain slice. This buffalo slice though is fantastic.

This was absolutely ridiculous, I waited over an hour for cold pizza that didn’t even come cut the whole thing was drowned in red sause This was not at all New York style pizza and I also got the wrong drinks, the box was falling apart and it didn’t come with napkins I don’t recommend at all !!!

Nothing to brag about. I ordered a grandma slice, which was pretty good in a rice ball that reminded me of a mac and cheese ball (not good!) Couldn’t find 1 napkin on any of the tables or even on counter where you order either which I don’t know how people didn’t write a review on that asking them. Hopefully they will now ♂️

Not only are the rolls, regular slices, and specialty slices absolutely delicious — perfectly crisp crust, fresh mozzarella, and flavorful sauce — but the entire experience was top-notch. The restaurant was spotless, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond, greeting us with genuine smiles and checking in just the right amount to make sure we had everything we needed.

Just tried the new pizzeria on 129th. Amazing pizza! The upside down slice was a hit with the family. The atmosphere was great and Joey and his staff never disappoint. Such friendly service. We will definitely be back.
