The food was good, the drinks were terrible my husband has ice chucks in his frappe the lady didnt blend it long enough and one of the ladies there was on her phone watching the others work and when the drinks were almost dont she got up to help. Unprofessional, lazy, and terrible drinks.

The service here is terrible. I waited at the speaker for about 5-10minutes without a word being said. I pull up to the window and I said no one was taking my order and the cashier rudely said “yeah we’re kinda busy”. As a barista, I completely understand it gets busy especially around the holidays, but a nice little “we will be with you in one second” is way nicer and understandable than just waiting there being ignored. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. I love their lattes but the service is always terrible.

Not really sure what to write here. Had to meet a colleague, and they suggested this spot.
There were at least 8 if not more workers. Maybe it was a shift change. They were having a pretty good time. Not in too much of a rush to wait on me, but my order was not exactly difficult. (Medium black coffee).
I guess I’m used to some different coffee choices at least. They did set out my order and it was there. Sort of felt I had interrupted a fun time they were having. Nothing bad, just felt awkward.

First time on this coffee shop and Mi is cold in the winter we just walked by around.. good my friends house is very near in this place, coffee was good but very sweet on my taste maybe u can adjust it by telling the counter, I got hot mocha..the place is small but cozy* staffs are all friendly & place is clean*

I am not sure what happened, new owner, new bad coffee brand, Idk. It just seems like now their lattes taste like flavored water not even milk and they keep telling me that its still the same ratio to make that its always been. There’s no way. Lattes used to ALWAYS be strong flavor. Coffee with a taste whatever flavor you chose afterwards and it was thicker. Now the ice is almost gone when its handed to you.and it is just watered down. No coffee or any flavor in the drink at all. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. The ONLY UP SIDE IS THE 8 BUCKS A DAY I WILL SAVE. SAD. I ALWAYS RAVED ABOUT BIGGBY BUT NOW….

This is probably one of the worst locations in Jackson. I order the same thing every time i come through and my drink is made differently every time. it is either not blended all the way through and there are ice chunks all through out my frozen drink, the tonic is forgotten and my drink separates and tastes absolutely terrible, or there is very little to no flavor in my drink when i ask for extra flavor every time.
If the owners of this location actually read their reviews, then you need to go over PERC with all of your employees to ensure that they are not constantly messing up drinks all of the time. as someone who has done this job at now 3 different locations, it is not that hard to ensure that the drinks are made properly every time. i should not have to come home after spending almost $9 on a drink, and fix it, yet everytime i come to this location that’s exactly what i have to do.

The drive through took about 25 minutes. Staff couldn’t get your order right. Girl running cash register didn’t know what she was doing or supposed to do. Gave me a 20 oz when I ordered a 24 oz. Then instead of remaking just dumped in another glass and added ice. Won’t be back to this location.

Frequent shopper here. Friendly staff. Opportunities: Service needs work, drive through is very slow and coffee is inconsistent. It’s not uncommon to spend 15 minutes waiting in the drive up. Coffee is made correctly 80% of the time but that 20% rate of error is unfortunate.
