I could tell this penn station to add a gallon of sauce and I’m still not Gna get sauce on my sandwich! It doesn’t matter when I tell them extra sauce! Idk why it so hard to put sauce on a sandwich! You pay so much for this food it should be right. That’s the 4th time this year in a row I haven’t even noticed I have sauce on it after request of extra Mayo! Also the last time Il ever eat at our penn station!

Do they teach the workers to go from using the same utensils handling raw chicken to using them to finish putting someone elses sandwich together with those same utensils without even rinsing them? I walked out after seeing that. This review is directed at the Lawrenceburg, IN store

Person taking our order was very rude and acted like he hated his job. This Penn station will be another restaurant my family and I will not be returning to.

came thru the drive thru line and watched as a employee bring parts from the grill hood out the back door and soaked them in cleaning liquid right on the ground! Disgusting. Im sure this has to be against the board of health. They also ignore the phone or pick it up and hang up on you when you try to call in a order

Came in at 9:15 and was told it was carry out only… I understand wanting to get out early but when store is expected to be open until 10 it should be open and available until 10 seeing as there isn’t “lobby hours” posted. Food is always amazing just crazy to be an eat in place and to say you’re carry out only almost an hour before the store closes.

I walked in the door around 2 PM (peak high sun) and the cashier told me that he was mad that he couldnt go shoot M252 at Nebraska. Now idk what that means but I think he may have an odd obsession with the B and O signals along the Indiana Sub. He then started crying since the signals are coming down on Wednesday, he said that he wants to shoot Laughery, West Osgood, Cochran Junction, and Pierceville. He seemed really obsessed with Pierceville for some reason but whatever, im more of a Dabney guy. Anyways the sandwich was called the Indiana “Sub” it had salt, vinegar, and a full cucumber on it, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and will be back on Wednesday!
