Stopped on our way from Houston to Kickapoo cavern state park, it’s a great find!
Food is super fresh and with generous portion. The queso dip with chorizo is amazing, I also ordered some barbacoa and pastor tacos, the barbocoa is sooo juicy! My kid ordered steak, he loved it, but I think it’s a bit dry, so definitely good to order Mexican food at a Mexican restaurant, lol!

We came to Lucia Quiles’s for lunch. Our experience was that the food is good and the plates are generously served. I asked about the style of Mexican food, they say it’s from the state of Guerrero. Salsa seems thick and heavy with “Guajillo” flavor. If you have not tried this flavor you need to try it on your own. It is not spicy hot.
The atmosphere for lunch was very quiet. Therefore, the servers were not busy so they were very friendly snd prompt. This restaurant is away from where we live and we seldom drive in this direction, but we will remember next time we are in this area to visit this restaurant.

Please believe me when I say this. This restaurant is amazing!!!! Its really hard to find real Mexican food, but!!! Really hard to find one that has really amazing Menudo. I drove 1 hour away just to go there. Its that good! And I am really picky on Mexican food restaurant. Especially Menudo. My advice to this restaurant is to not change the recipe because it is damn delicious. Thank you for the owner and the workers of keeping it real Mexican Food. Congratulations, you won my heart. P.S. I have been there 6 times already because everything is fresh and homemade includes the corn tortillas. (As soon in pictures) thank you!!!! Love

it has a small footprint but makes up for it with fast drive through, the staff is very friendly and fast, took my family for me dinner.
the food was amazing my kids are picky eaters you know teens first time could not stop picking of each others plates, the loved their meals.
My wife and I shared the mini tacos haven’t had authentic Mexican food this good since my last visit to Mexico.

I ordered the fajitas chile relleno and it was good. Definitely different than the picadillo chile relleno i usually order from most mexican restaurants. They serve Mexican Coke there so thats a big plus for me. The waitress was very attentive. Definitely will be going back when i go to seguin again…

My husband and I don’t eat out very often, but when we do this is our first choice. The food is amazing, the staff is always wonderful, and the prices can’t be beat. Today we both had the barbacoa plate. Soooooo good. We highly recommend Los Chilaquiles!!!

The chilaquiles guajillo rojos. Good stuff. They hit it out of the park. Most places are to tex mex. Not here. I recommend it. Just be open to try things right.

I enjoyed a DELICIOUS eggs a la Mexicana breakfast taco! It was HUGE! $2.75 is more than reasonable for this tasty treat! The service was outstanding and quick! The iced tea was fresh, and I was very happy to have stopped in! I believe our server’s name was Nettie. She was super sweet and treated me very well. I will be back to this little restaurant to try some other dishes. It’s not a fancy place, and I had to park next door, but it’s definitely worth it!
