(Never even got my crazy sauce as well)
When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told she was “on break,” and it seemed like they asked another employee(thin, light skinned, long brown hair female) to pretend to address my concern. I requested their names, and they refused to provide them. Since when do employees refuse to identify themselves? To make matters worse, no one was wearing name tags—something that should be standard.
Overall, I felt incredibly disrespected. I’m shocked by how unprofessional the staff and management are at this location. I will be taking my business to Domino’s down the street from now on.
I’ve been at food business, I understand mistakes happen, and things like this is expected to happen, so no big deal, I wait in line and talk to the girl at the front, she says that they don’t get started on it because they lost it, and it should only take 10 to 15 minutes, so I went out and waited in my car for 30, just to give them some extra time, came back in at 9:30, waited in line for another substantial amount of time, until the sweet girl at the front called me over to serve me, now the lady I was helped out by before had left, so I had to explain my situation, and then, she spends like five minutes in the back, because it was lost again, and then shows up with my pizza.
Then I get home, anxious just to eat, because it had been a while since I ordered it, and since I was already ready to be disappointed, when I took a slice out and looked at the bottom, it could’ve spent some more time in the oven, well what can you expect, it’s little Caesars anyways. Do better!
It was made so sloppy and cut unevenly.
One side of the pizza was thick and the other side was very thin on the round pizza. The only thing decent was the crazy bread. I think a kid made this pizza. Also I tried to order over the phone and they never answered, i called 4 times and it was not during busy hour!
No extra cheese. I could have been a A-hole and said make a new one… But I just walked out with it … Smh
