While Dominos, Papa Johns and Pizza hut’s quality have declined over time – Little Ceasars is out here withstanding the test of time.
This location has the most pleasant and friendly staff, going above and beyond to make your experience great.
The food is always great, it’s always quick, and the fantastic attitude of the staff is a breath of fresh air in a world otherwise turning into self-absorbed entitled fools.
Ya’ll are great. If I had more than 5 stars to give, I’d give them all.

Where’s the beef??? New to area and had craving for beef pizza and a pepsi so placed an online order here. Waited in parking lot for almost 15 minutes waiting for app to show it was out of oven and finally just went to window and it was boxed and ready to go, and had apparently been done for awhile (app still shows it’s in the oven lol) Get it home less than 5 mins later and it was barely room temp, but also had no beef or any topping on it, just a cheese pizza. Also, they had no pepsi – not 1 pepsi of any size in the whole store, so much for that craving.. and then the crazy puffs appear to be whatever was left over throughout the day, obviously not fresh and were just dough balls with a little cheese and bacon on top, didn’t resemble the online pics in the least. I tried calling several times to tell them of the problems, but nobody ever answered. I will say the woman at the window was very pleasant. I will not be returning to this location.

I’ve always loved Little Ceasars Pizza.
I like the fact that you can order ahead on the app and go through the drive thru.
It’s usually delicious and inexpensive.
Today I ordered through the app, but the pizza was hard and Chewy. They probably gave me a pepperoni pizza that had been sitting there all day, but luckily the kids still ate it.
It definitely wasn’t the quality I’m used to.

It was 11:30am & they were out of almost everything on the “Hot n Ready”. The only thing left was 2 packs of wings & 1 lunch combo. I think there was only 2 people working, a counter & a cook.

Food is always good due to the brand’s products. Service is hit or miss. Usually a revolving door of teenagers who do not care about their service performance. Multiple experiences with the staff on their phones with ear buds in, standing around or seem to have no comprehension of basic communication. That tells me the leadership isn’t holding the staff accountable for their duties.
Last time I made a purchase there, one pizza wasn’t even cut. The order of honey BBQ wings were Buffalo Wings instead. They couldn’t find my order declaring that it wasn’t submitted although I should them my online confirmation receipt.

The lady working 8/16 at 9pm was an absolute gem!!!! I originally received the wrong order which no worries; I headed back and she took the time to get me my correct order, apologize and even offer me free crazy bread. She was so sweet and I work in customer service as well and it is hard to find someone that amazing and genuinely compassionate.

Currently waiting in the drive-thru line to pick up my online order. The car at the window has been there over 30 minutes. Unacceptable.
UPDATE: I got out of line as soon as I had room to. The car at the window was there well over 40 minutes. I went inside and was given something from the hot n ready stash. And it was “well done” (see pic)

Do not go to this one! ☠️ ☠️☠️☠️ Over hour late and tried to call them but phone was off the hook.I finally got a call from the DoorDash saying he was waiting over a hour and they still did not have my order. The manager told the door dasher that they already sent it but think they sent it to the wrong place. Set an on the door dasher got to my house it was already over an hour and a half late. Nothing wrong with the door dasher but little Caesars in Florence is not the place to go. When I opened up the food you will see in the picture very thin not cooked well pizza and did not receive the extra cheese and extra meat on the “extra most bestest”. I did order on both pizzas. Forgot to take pictures of the bread but also that looked old and not fresh either. I will never buy from this location again.

There is an outstanding employee at the store located on Darby Drive in Florence Alabama by the name of Grace who treats every customer with respect and being very polite. I have always really enjoyed picking up my pizzas when she is there!! My mother in-law had placed a pretty big order one time and was charged for two orders of hit wings by a different employee,who’s shift ended and had left before she had received her order. When her order was done Grace was the one to give her pizzas,breath sticks and wings it was short by one order of the wings due to the fact that there wasn’t anymore wings left to sell. Grace was told that she had paid for them and didn’t receive them. My mother in-law showed her her receipt and she proceeded to tell her that there wasn’t anymore wings available, however she offered to give a refund or to replace the item with another of bread sticks and or cheesy bread. My mother in-law said she would take the cheesy bread. Grace apologized for the inconvenience. We had to wait another 10 min on that to be ready so the pizzas would be getting a little cold waiting on that,and Grace already knew it would be so she gave my mother in-law a refund for the wings and a free cheesy bread and a 2 20oz drinks.

Grace is one of the main reasons that I am still a loyal customer. The food,not so much,sauce needs re evaluating along with the cook time for the bread sticks. Every time I have ever gotten bread sticks they are always doey and not very good. But just going to order a pizza and have Grace take my order is a pleasant experience. I highly recommend that she be a manager at this location,she truly deserves to be in that kind of a position.
