Place has gone down hill since they opened. Restroom has been closed for 6+ months at this point. Asked to use the employee bathroom because my toddler had to go and was told to go in the corner. Donuts were fine won’t complain about those. Coffee had expired sour clumpy milk in it. Was hoping it was just creamer that failed to dissolve but the flavor proved it was bad. 2 years ago the place was great. Not sure what has changed. No complaints at Duck Donuts as a franchise but I’d recommend another location.

Such a cool experience to order a donut and then watch it be made right in front of you. There were so many to choose from, and I was thankful for the seasonal selections because that helped me to narrow it down. The staff was so friendly and helpful and explained all the different flavors to us. I also had a coffee while I was there… Nothing fancy, but it hit the spot and tasted great. There’s seating in the front, nothing fancy or comfortable like a coffee house but super adequate to hang out. Have a donut coffee and chat with your friends for a little bit. Definitely give this place a try!!

Oh, man. These donuts are just ridiculous… hot out of the oven, hand-dipped into any number of creamy sweet icings, topped with drizzles of decadence, cinnamon sugar, or even bacon! Took a photo after we ate a cinnamon-sugar one and took a bite out of the maple bacon one! Friendly girls running the whole show. Well worth a stop. Give them your business.

Decided to bring my mom here because she has never heard of Duck Donuts. This store had amazing customer service. We ordered a dozen donuts and coffee. By the time we got to the end to pick up our fresh donuts, Amanda suggested we try their new donut breakfast sandwiches. They were delicious. We will be back.

We went here for the first time and will definitely be back. There is so many choices and everything is made fresh to order. You can see the whole process of your donuts being made in front of you.This was one of the best donuts we ever had. Coffee is also very good.

Disappointed. We came here this morning ordered 6 donuts, by the time we got home which also an 8 minute drive all the frosting was gone and melted into the donuts. The icing was out on too soon while the donuts were still hot and they were a hot melted mess when we got home. Also tried to order two drinks they were out of espresso and couldn’t make the peach one as well. When we asked for the Dubai donut was told you can’t purchase one you also have to get the pink one. We didn’t want the pink one so that would of been wasted.

Duck donuts puts a whole new spin on donuts. I mean, if you have ever had a Duck donut, no donut after that will taste like donut. This is donut heaven. I tried them a few years ago in Harrisburg and then moved to FL and was super sad that there was no Duck donut location. How fast they grew though! This new Levittown location does not disappoint! Clean! Delicious! Friendly! Did I say delicious? My favorite is…they are all my favorite! The maple glaze bacon is a MUST, the chocolate caramel crunch, the PB… Soft but crunchy on the outside and oh so fresh! Because they are made to order! No more frozen pieces of chewy dough…Duck donut is here!

To be fair, I didn’t actually have the opportunity to buy a donut. I went just before 2 pm today, and as I walked through the open door, the girl at the front proclaimed they were closed and had closed at 2. Okay, but both the sign outside the door and google say the hours are 7-7… and it was also not 2 yet? If the door was locked, I also wouldn’t have questioned it. Idk what just happened. She could have handed me a donut by 2, and locked the door behind me. Overall weird experience. To each their own, and not for me I suppose.
