I love the Mundelien Illinois location. It’s right by my son’s school so I always pop over to get their Red Bull infusions. The team is nice and fast. Quality is top notch.

Items I tried:
– Maple Waffle Sandwich: 10/10! Sweet and salty!
– Bacon, egg, Gouda on ciabatta: 10/10! Tastes pretty on par with Starbucks Gouda sandwich except this bread is much lighter and fluffy, yum!
– S’mores Latte: 9/10. I ordered it with almond milk and they took off the whip so I had to ask for it. I would’ve loved some chocolate drizzle on the whip or on the cup for that extra chocolatey taste!
– S’mores Cookie: 8/10. I really enjoyed it but felt it was a tad bit too sweet and would’ve wanted more marshmallows on it.
The staff are all super friendly and attentive ☺️
Would I go here again? Yes!
Is it worth the price? I feel like it is! They had a BOGO coupon for father’s days and have had coupons sent to me as well.

I come to this location in the mornings just before work… Everyone who has made my drinks has done an amazing job on them always consistent with the quality of the Cinnamon Brown Sugar oat milk latte and compared to other coffee branded shops it’s not always like that. All the breakfast sandwiches I’ve gotten have not been disappointing!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!! Also like to add that I love the stickers that go on the lids of the cups definitely it’s only little bit of happiness!

I got a peach Quencher and ordered it online . It was good, but the price and how much ice was in the drink were ridiculous. There needed to be less ice in the drink. And there needs to be an option on the scooter’s app indicating the drink to have less ice.

Hit the Scooter’s drive-thru on a whim over the weekend. Line was short, and we were able to ‘scoot’ through quickly. Coffee was strong, staff was friendly. I had a coffee with espresso shots and it did the trick – strong. My lady had a Carmel iced drink that she thought was a little sweet, but also good. would come back again and maybe try some of the food options.

Very strange experience. I was excited to give this place a try for a while now. I finally had a chance to go and I had a very weird impression. The place looked deserted. I had already checked out the menu online and simply wanted to try one of their frappuccino-styled beverages. When I got to the drive through I asked if they served frappachinos and the worker seemed either genuinely unsure or mildly confused or disinterested almost as if I was bothering her with my singular question. “I think we do that”, is basically what I was told. The whole place had a vibe that almost was reminiscent of what I can only picture what some sort of haunted and eerie coffeeshop drive-through would be. The only way I can describe it was just plain strange. The drink itself was OKAY. Nothing special. I will not be returning. Let me know if this helped you in any way!

My boyfriend ordered a carmelicious blender and the employee at the window handed it to him and said “Here’s your cappucino blender”. My bf double checked and said it was supposed to be the carmelicious one and the employee said it was…. it ended up being the cappucino one. It would be nice if there were labels added to the drink orders to help avoid stuff like this. If an employee is unsure of what they’re handing over to a customer it would be nice if they could double check.

DO NOT EVER GO TO SCOOTER’S COFFEE. This place is beyond horrible and should honestly just shut down. I ordered a cold drink and was first given a hot one. When they finally remade it, the ‘cold’ drink was room temperature—absolutely disgusting. The food? Ice cold, undercooked, and completely inedible. To make it worse, one employee was outside smoking the entire time instead of working, and my food and drinks actually smelled like smoke because of him. The rest of the staff treated me like garbage with their rude, condescending attitudes. The so-called manager, a guy with black hair and a beard, thought a stale, $1 pack of donuts would somehow make up for their total incompetence—are you kidding me? The drinks are outrageously overpriced and so much worse than Starbucks it’s laughable. This place is a complete disaster, run by rude and careless people who couldn’t care less about their customers. Save yourself the frustration, money, and disappointment—never, ever go here.
