My children love this restaurant. We’ve visited their other locations before and always had a great experience. This new location just opened, so we were excited to check it out and see if there were any new menu items. Even though the menu hasn’t changed, it’s still one of our favorite places—especially for families and groups.
The atmosphere is always welcoming, and we really enjoy the spirit of sharing food together. The new location is clean, the service is fast, and the staff are friendly as always. We’ll definitely be coming back

I have not been to all you can eat in a long time. In my past experience the ratios of carbs to protein were always terribly off. That did change in a trip to The Netherlands called Shabu Shabu, where they had a great selection of items, ratios were spot on, and the tablet to kitchen for quick turn around. 10 years later this model has arrived in Canada for me. Everything was good quality. The only thing I can complain about is I asked for hot sauce twice (two different servers) and it never showed up. It is a little on the pricey side but reasonable for the quality, selection and speed of service. I would say it would be perfect for groups that perhaps do not like sushi, but like dim sum, or Thai for little more variety. Comfortable, modern atmosphere and friendly service. I am sure I will be back soon

I’m currently celebrating Valentine’s Day dinner with my friends, and we’re really enjoying the atmosphere. The place is very spacious and comfortable, which makes it perfect for gatherings like this. The staff are attentive, friendly, and accommodating, making sure everyone feels welcome. However, it does get quite busy during dinner time. There’s usually a lineup, so you definitely need to be patient if you’re planning to come in the evening. Overall, it’s a nice experience despite the crowd.

This is probably the best AYCE sushi in the south right now. We’ve been here twice already and we love it every time. We love the selection, the quality, and how quick the food comes. The sashimi slices are THICK and you can order unlimited amounts. We also love that they have sweet shrimp, scallop, and two kinds of tuna! The grilled food is pretty good too. I just wish they had better options for nigiri. The place is lively and busy which adds to the fun! I highly recommend making a reservation or coming early to be added to the waitlist.

They offer sashimi, sushi, ramen, and Korean-Chinese-Thai dishes. They call it “fusion,” and I totally agree with that description.
The sashimi was okay — I liked the red tuna and scallops. However, the ramen was terrible. The sushi selection wasn’t great, but since this place markets itself as a fusion restaurant, I won’t complain too much.
If you have teenage kids who eat a lot, this could be a perfect place. Personally, it’s not my favorite, but the service was good. Especially our server — they were excellent.

I think the hi-light of the experience was the robot waiter.
I do have to commend the service, it was really good. We were able to change tables after being given a small one.
Theres only 2 of us to celebrate my aunts birthday. She did enjoy the food. I think her fave was the beef teriyaki.
I thought ita a little bit pricier for the food offered. Overall though its ok.

Everything looked so fresh and beautifully presented — Each bite was delicious and full of flavor.
The buffet had a great variety of options, and they kept everything well-stocked and clean. The staff were also very kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.
The place felt cozy and welcoming, with a calm atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy the meal.
Overall, Fusion is a perfect spot for sushi lovers — great taste, variety, and friendly service. Definitely worth visiting again!

I’ve been to a few other FS locations in Calgary and this is just a replication of the same menu as others. The prepared foods came out nice and hot which was awesome however I did find the sushi rice to be heavy and wet not fluffy or seasoned traditional rice that you might find at a boutique sushi bar. It’s not a game ender but it’s not the best I’ve ever had. One thing that was a bit irritating was we did show up before 330 but left after four, we were still charged dinner prices despite starting our meal during the lunch window. I did not make a big deal about it. The fish was firm and cold which is really good. I had one roll I did not care for but it was my own fauyt for selecting a deep fried roll that was not my intent. The deep fry is all very greasy but that can be expected. Overall it’s a good stop for people who like sushi and picky eaters who just want the rice and protines. I will probably come back again as it was not bad but it was not a wow experience.

We had another wonderful visit here on a Sunday afternoon. Cost for lunch was $30 but we’ve done the $40 dinner in the past. If you do pick the lunch option, please be warned that you’ll be missing out on some really really great Sushi rolls. It’s truly not worth the $10 savings.
Besides that, the service was absolutely amazing, love the little robot that goes around!!!!! Everything we ate was so delicious!!!
We will be back for sure!
