So my mom and I decided to just walk out about 3 mins ago. The front counter lady told us to wait at the end with no greeting. She continued to clean and the dirty towel she was cleaning with went into the food items. We got sick to our stomachs seeing a dirty towel touch the food and walked out! We won’t be ordering from chipotle. I’m sure you have cameras to fact check me.

Sadly this time I have to give one star . The place was full. Line was more than 15 people with only one person serving food (this is usual in this location on a Saturday night). I decided to order with the app instead of making the line but the problem with ordering with any app (and this has happened more than once) is that food quantity decreases a lot. And don’t know if there is any reason or not behind it but this is annoying. I would like this to be changed because I love food from Chipotle and its quality is good. But when I order this has happened consistently.

Showed up four minutes before they said it would be ready. It’s now 18 minutes after the ready time& still waiting. Just now got it! What the heck is up with the website wanting us to “name” the order each time we add an item? Crazy.
This branch has been chronically understaffed since the day it opened. (At least they made their employees stay here during the pandemic.) seriously understaffing means only one thing- seriously UNDERPAYING. The CEO makes in one day what these necessary workers make in ONE YEAR.

Food was ok. Not the freshest at that time because they looked to be very short staffed. I have to say though, despite this, John provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. He was professional, respectful, considerate, patient, and kind. It was worth it.

This chipotle is very disappointing, they have a lot of people working but everyone is always playing around with each other. They don’t pay attention when you are ordering.. the dining room is a DISASTER!! Garbages full, NO ICE,NO NAPKINS complete disaster.. then you ask them for napkins they look at you with a bad face!! You ask them for ice and they tell you the machine is broken!! And it’s BS!! They never have ice after 9pm!! District manager or regional manager need to step up and do something about this ASAP!!

As a delivery driver I should not be penalized for customer service of packaging. Please let drivers know when there are liquid containers in bags and don’t stuff them in the side with drinks. That can possibly rip bags. Overstuffing off bags cause issues upon drop off even when secured in heated bags. Thanks

Made the mistake of ordering delivery before close. All my chips were burnt, the rice was cold, guacamole was brown, no honey vinaigrette, items were missing, and bowls were under filled. Chipotle won’t refund. Would have been better off getting Taco Bell.

The reviews speak for themselves, went there with my husband and they said they dont have quesadillas….. they just didnt want to make them. Half of the toppings were gone.. It sounds like they were playing there own music from there phone. This place just needs a hole new crew and new management..

Really great job rolling this one up. I stared in disbelief while ordering. Staff didn’t care.

And also a quick comment on the taste. Awful. The peppers taste like plastic. Everything is bland. I mean what in the world happened here.

Been here a few times now and it literally never fails to disappoint.
