Quick service, tasty food and fantastic prices. We had burgers, fries and drinks. The portion sizes were sufficient, the food was hot and fresh, the dining area was nice, new and comfortable. We enjoyed our dine-in meal for Sunday lunch. If you are in a hurry, this is a good place to get a quick bite.

I’ve personally never seen such neglect in a fast food environment. The customer service in a whole is disturbing. The manager seems to have more a good time talking with the employees about personal agendas than waiting on customers or making sure the food is remotely close to satisfactory. Needless to say after 3 different attempts to eat at this Jacks, we will not be spending another dime at this place!

We placed a $56 order, when we first picked it up they forgot four separate items including a meal, fries a side and two pies. We went back and asked for what we were missing (I ordered the big bold bbq burger and loaded Mac and cheese) they then gave me a regular cheeseburger and regular Mac and cheese. Crappy service. Was going to stop and McDonald’s and grab a quick bite and get back on the road but seen Jack’s right across the street and I had never been there. So I stopped in and grabbed a chicken sandwich and some fries and a biscuit! That sandwich was delicious and the biscuits are amazing!

Service was better than usual. The food was poor quality. We was pulled up, waited 10 minutes and most of our food was cold. The fries looked as if they had been sitting for a while my chicken wrap blew my mind and that was the better of the 2 I ordered. I didn’t get my side of green beans. It was honestly a huge waste of money. I’m usually not a complainer but it’s like this every time I go there. Tonight is my last time dining there. Maybe the reviews will point this place in a better direction.

Terrific fries that actually taste like potatoes. The Patty Melt was good too, and enjoyed the very large unsweetened tea for quite a while on the next stretch of road (until we had to find a restroom, tee hee).

The slowest Jacks I’ve ever been in. The staff only have 1 speed, slow and they don’t seem to care. Avoid at all cost if you’re remotely in an a hurry. The chicken, mashed potatoes and biscuits were very good. Many of the tables needed cleaned off.

This is the second time I’ve tried Jacks here. My first time I brought the hamburgers back, because they microwave them. I just went in again and specifically asked to please make it fresh, the meat is warm not hot and they fries have been sitting for a while. I want so bad to give them a good review , because there are not a lot of fast food restaurants here in Luverne. I’ve been disappointed twice now. The hamburger taste good it’s just not fresh. I can tell the meat has been sitting in a warmer.
