Panera, it’s high time you redesign your cups. I got a hot tea to-go, the cup buckled on the way and the hot tea spilled on my hands and half the cup was gone. The same thing happens with coffee, it keeps dripping from the sides of the cup.

7/9/25 got the pick 2. My bread bowl was so small (half the size it use to be) and there was literally 5 bites of soup in it for 7.19. The salad was good until it was half gone and I found a foot long hair in it and couldn’t eat it anymore. And another 7.50…. won’t be back. The service is slow and the food, what a joke! Do Better

The staff were incompetent and forgot ingredients I requested and my grilled queda fell apart because it wasn’t grilled for long enough. The cheese didn’t even melt. At least they made a new one for me.

terrible, waited 30 min, had multiple people that ordered after me get their food first. after all that time they still forgot half the food i ordered. walked all the way back to my dorm and then realized, so then had to walk all the way back in the cold. truly amazing customer service.

I waited for 20 minutes in line for them to tell me I couldn’t order at 8:01 because they close at 8:00 and their system doesn’t let them take orders after that (which is 100% a lie). The management should be genuinely ashamed

I love going to this Panera usually as the staff is normally friendly but today I was charged for a pastry that wasn’t available anymore so a refund had to be issued. I understand that this can happen and had no trouble giving them my information to process the refund but the manager that I spoke to was extremely rude. She was very short with her words and rude with her tone. I understand it is an inconvenience for her but there is no reason to take that out on the customer. When i finished writing down my information, she said to me “Have a good Day, et cetera.” in a dismissive tone. Overall, I have had a good experience with the rest of the staff but the manager that was on closing shift tonight is someone that I hope no one else has to deal with. I would tentatively recommend but just hope you avoid that manager

We didnt see our order posted in the queue and when we asked they said it was just a glitch and our food would be out soon. 30 minutes later they start closing and told us they cant make our food and to just wait for a refund.

I had to wait 10 minutes just to get my order taken when there was 1 person in front of me, and then it took 20 minutes to get my food out and it wasn’t even the right size. Don’t go here if you value your time.
