Worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. I don’t even know where to begin. The service was less than good and a little bit of terrible with the exception of the young lady that wasn’t the supervisor whom was obviously upset and stressed out due to her yelling at the employees and her body language. Not sure why because it wasn’t busy. I didn’t get a drink with my meal because the only drink I like in that atomic fountain suicide machine, ran out as it was pouring, they ran out of french fries so they gave me undercooked onion rings, the bathroom was frigid cold, they locked me inside the lobby for some reason and had to go get somebody to let me out in the middle of the day. That employee had trouble working the lock. The first key he tried was the correct one because it turned he just didn’t turn it hard enough or jiggle the door or whatever. He moved on to the second key that clearly wasn’t even the right size but he tried anyway so I suggested to go back to the first key that he then tried to put in upside down. I didn’t end up going out those doors that were closest to my car, which would have been convenient due to the storm outside, I was told to walk on the other side of the lobby and use that door, almost furthest from my car. All in all if you are looking for a terrible experience at a fast food restaurant (which actually took 15 minutes to get my food) I highly recommend this Burger King. Not sure if all the Burger Kings participate but in all seriousness I do not recommend going to this Burger King. Also the ceiling was heavily leaking gross brown ceiling water by the useless drink station. Got questions, I might have answers. Feel free to ask them. I’d like to end on a good note by saying the food was edible.

Usually when I write a review about a place I’ve gone to eat I like to center it around the actual food itself, customer service and all that other stuff comes later.
As some know dutch bros is next door so I grabbed a coffee first, I felt like having a lite breakfast (not a big fan of fastfood breakfasts either) and hit up BK. I was late for the breakfast oh well I thought get something that might come close to chicken so I ordered the classic, when I had a moment to peruse through my sandwich it was dry with a smidgen of mayo (blah).

Were you guys running low on chicken? Ordered 2 wraps in the drive thru with one looking like this with a sliced up chicken… And another one with zero sauce on it. Poor service and waste of my money.

Either we or they missed up our order, but there was no fuss and only kindness when we called them and explained our issue. I went into the store and spoke with the General Manager Octa. He was professional, kind, and understanding and met our needs immediately.
Thank you everyone here.

Now you people got to realize, that this is the only fast food restaurant left nowadays where’d you get the most bang for your buck. 2 $7 trios and 1 $5 Duo = $19!! What all did I get you may ask? 2 original chicken sandwiches, 3 bacon cheese burgers, 2 medium fries and a DR Pepper!! Go to any other fast food restaurant and try to get 8 items for under 20 bucks that’s actually meal worthy .

i was in a bit of a pinch.
my solar generator battery was running low because the panels weren’t charging it.
i needed to plug it in to keep it going for the day, but options were limited.
i thought maybe the goodwill would help me out since that’s what they do.. nope.
unsure of what to do, i stopped at burger king to get some food and have a think.
when i walked in i saw the tables along the perimeter all have a dedicated electrical outlet with usb ports!
i have never seen this in any restaurant.
i asked the person at the register if i could use an outlet if i bought something.
he said i could use one and i didn’t have to buy anything. just mind manners and respect the space. i don’t need to be told that, but it dawned on me that being able to use electricity is something that people down on their luck (like me in this case) really need. the fact that this franchise owner has prioritized providing an essential service to anyone who walks in the door, regardless of their circumstances, is such an incredible thing.
i am blown away by this.
what a wonderful thing to do for people.
the food is not that good tbh. i hate to say it, but it is true.
i wrestled with bringing it up, but i decided that it would be better to know about any shortcomings and have the opportunity to correct them.. than not know and go under. it would be a huge loss to lose this place.
staff is very friendly.
place is clean and inviting.
i think training and leadership would fix the food situation.

Pretty gross that the employees are reaching in for the fries with bare hands eating them right over the food never coming back….

Wow. I just wanted my food, but got a show too. I went here Thursday at around 5:15pm in the drive-thru. The girl on the speaker was irritated and I quickly knew the reason. Ari was at the window and was a complete jerk. She sat on her phone literally texting a novel to some poor soul. The other worker (I forgot her name but it started with an F) was rolling her eyes at her clearly mad she wasn’t working. After Ari was done, she put her hands in her pocket refusing to help the team. After 2 minutes the other female worker asked if she was going to help. Ari said nope with attitude. They had a verbal argument and names were called. They gave me two thirds my order, but i had to wait until they were done fighting to get the rest. I had kids with me that didn’t need to hear all that. The girl with the first later of her name F was in the right. Ari was a jerk and kept insulting the rest of them and wouldn’t work as a team. She complained about her job. I hope managers can review the camera and let Ari go. She was white, hair pulled tightly back. The other female that was trying to be professional had her name start with an F, chocolate hair, and Hispanic.
