Went here last night got my son chicken fries and I got the chicken wraps and we both ended up with food poisoning. I called today just to inform them and the lady said I sound like a robot. Very rude. I wasn’t mad. I was just trying to let her know That we got sick from the chicken.

We stopped by around 5:30 on a Friday night. The lobby was empty with the exception of one guy. Crew wasn’t busy and yet the place was extremely filthy. Ketchup dispenser was empty, tub with ketchup packets was empty, all 3 trash cans are full, several tables are dirty, the front counter was dirty with ketchup and drink. I asked to speak to the manager so they ran across the parking lot to grab him. He apologized, said that he’s usually inside. I reminded him that he should be able to step away for a second and trust that his staff are doing their jobs and taking care of the place. He agreed.
The girl that took our order was friendly and professional, as was the manager. The others seemed friendly, but seem to be doing bare minimum and on phones.

3 for $7.00 ordered 2 chicken sandwiches 1 bacon cheeseburger and 1 large coke and a number 6 and they. Charged me 30.78 then the lady was rude at the p/u window when I questioned the total will not go back

I am always surprised when I see a bad review for this place because my husband and I swear it is the best BK in Utah! The staff is amazing, the food is fast and fresh, the eating areas are clean, and they always make sure the kiddos leave with a crown. I understand that order mistakes can happen, but we’ve never experienced one here in all the years we’ve been doing. Kudos to the management and staff at this location, they’re doing things right!

The new bbq brisket I’d say don’t waste your money. It was very dry and no bbq flavor at all. They have much better choices on the menu.
