We just moved into the area and were told Cesare’s is a must-try place. We tried a bunch of other places in the area but today decided to finally give this place a try.

The server recommended the original tomato pie pizza and the chicken parm for me, and my girlfriend got the vodka rigatoni.

Lo and behold, the pizza actually is one of the best pizzas I’ve had. Not too cheesy, not too much sauce, not too much bread, just a nice simple delicious pizza for a reasonable price.
I tried the vodka rigatoni and that was also extraordinary. Very delicious, not too watery, not too much sauce, just cooked to perfection.
The chicken parm was pretty good too but the vodka rigatoni and the pizza took the show.
Strongly recommend this place and earned full 5 stars. Plus the atmosphere is very homey, service was excellent, and all in all a nice place to dine at in Bristol, PA.

Celebrated my birthday there. (7th), We ran through a list of restaurants we wanted to try and we picked Cesare’s and so glad we did. The food, drinks, service, and staff friendliness was 5 stars across the board. Could not ask for a better birthday dinner. And they surprised me with a cannoli with a candle in it! LOL I loved it! We really enjoyed our time there, and we will definitely be back to try the pizza everyone is raving about! Nice job everyone, you made us feel happy and welcomed.

Super friendly and attentive service, with a great recommendation! The pizza is excellent, the Pastina soup is even better, and the rice pudding somehow topped them both. And a great value! Enough leftovers for another meal.

Don’t get me wrong.. the service was wonderful! The food was good… but not that great for the price point. I got the same cut of meat at an upscale Philadelphia restaurant for the same price. Again… the service was very attentive.

I love this local Italian-American gem! The food is always amazing with some of the best pizzas we’ve ever had, especially fans of tomato pies and crispy thin crust. Better than pizzas we’ve had in downtown Philly, NJ and NY, no joke!

The staff is incredibly helpful and nice. Tamyrn/Tam? (sweet, dark brunette woman) she’s usually my waitress and she’s such a joy and delight every time we see her at Cesare’s. Thanks for always providing us a great dining experience! We’ll be back soon and can’t wait to bring other relatives and friends 🙂

It was opened in 1947 and still kickin’! I truly can not rate this place on all of its food. Though as a pizza fiend, this place is in the upper echelon of new jersey! I drove 45 min to try this out and was not disappointed. The place even offers fresh garlic cooked in the pizza. You know that is a rarity already. To top it off, it is a great clean atmosphere, with another unbelievable rarity…….customer service. I know that brings tears to your eyes, as much as it does mine. I mean seriously, polite, kind, funny, and attentive. If it was not some of the best pizzas, I would go back for the service alone. Don’t waste time. Get in your car and experience greatness!

Everytime I go to Cesare’s, it’s like I’m transported back in time (in a good way) to the old Italian restaurant you remember nostalgically. Attentive service, great food and fun atmosphere, Cesare’s is worth going to for the pasta, tomato pie or even drinks. Definitely worth going for a date night.

this place is very old school as they don’t have ranch for their salad. The vodka rigatoni was delicious and is definitely enough for 2 or 3 meals. The veal marsala was delicious as well. The service was very good and pizza looked good (as we saw it at other tables). Will definitely come back!

Overall pretty great food. The pizza is light while very crunchy and the sauce is tasty. The sandwiches are also quite nice, and surprisingly light. Service was as expected, just a little slow (compared to places in a city).

Overall if your in the area and want some good food, I’d absolutely recommend it
