We were visiting family this weekend and decided to try a new Asian spot I found. Super fun vibe inside. Our waiter David, was absolutely amazing. Best waiter we’ve had in awhile, pre bussed, filled drinks, juggling an almost full house. Food came out rather quickly. We literally ordered a bit of everything. Nothing we ordered was bad. Great portions, presentation was great, and the fusion flavors were very nicely put together. The stand out dishes were the crab rangoon, actual real crab. The praline riblets, tender with amazing flavor profile, the Seoul bowl, the chili chicken, the beef and mushrooms and all three of the desserts. The vanilla bourbon bun was just amazing. Fresh ingredients and we didn’t feel like crap after eating, nothing was heavy. FYI parties of 6+ have an automatic gratuity added. The only flaw we had was the ventilation, it got a tad smokey once they got busy. Also the baos and the Rangoon could’ve had a tad more filling; but taste was great. So glad to see Hammond upping their restaurant game. I hope this place does really well, we will definitely come back when we’re in Louisiana again.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while!!! Our waiter, Maya, was really helpful with our questions about the menu and elevated our experience overall with her service. The stir fry exceeded my expectations and had really good flavors. I’m also a big dessert fan, so I’m really happy with the selection and variety offered here; I just had to try all of the ones available! My favorite definitely had to be the Matcha Crème Brûlée though, light sweetness and a satisfying sugar crack! Slowly but surely, I’ll try the whole menu!! The preparation, presentation, and the locally sourced ingredients of the dishes and flavors definitely show through. Super happy with my first visit and hope to come again soon :]

Awesome new restaurant in downtown Hammond!! My husband and I had dinner there twice during our week long stay. The young man who waited on us was fantastic! He made great recommendations so we just tried several different things. Pot stickers, MisoooooGood noodles and Breau Bao were our favs. Everything we had was so good! The place has a cool vibe too. Give this place a try and support the local economy too! You won’t be sorry!!

Dishes have an abundance of flavors that pair well with everything on the plate. You can taste the quality and love that’s been crafted into cuisine. The food there is amazing and the atmosphere is relaxed. From the sauce for the dumplings to the ramen to the bao buns, everything is crafted with care and balance to make every bite a harmony of flavors. I will definitely be a regular, and I’m looking forward to them getting their liquor license.

I had the Hunter’s Ramen that was awesome and real surprise. I got the spice on the side and thank God I did!
The Mandarin Chicken, Pepper Jelly Chicken and the Seoul Rice Bowl were the other dishes. Everyone was amazed and commented that the food was far beyond their expectations.
Our waiter, David, was great, very knowledgable about the menu and ingredients.
I really like how the menu played with words like Jazzmen Rice, Chx, Wavy Noods, etc.

Had the most amazing birthday dinner at @benteauxdowntownhammond we went for the Chefs Table and it was worth every penny. We had our own chef who made us a delicious 8 course dinner. Everything was so fresh and locally sourced. They explained all the ingredients and why they worked together. It was an amazing blend of Cajun and Japanese dishes. I can’t rave enough about the service and attention to detail. They were even so sweet to get me a birthday card and have all the staff sign it we found our new go to date night spot! Definitely worth checking them out!
