Very friendly staff. I was having trouble running my card on the machine to pay (kept showing ERROR message) & the gentleman stepped from behind the counter to my side, to continuously keep running my card til it accepted! He even jokingly said “come on plead work!” The 8th time lol I made a comment that it was his praying that finally made it work Just a genuine, appreciated interaction between humans. Go check out this Tacobell & show them some LOVE & give them your loyal business. Yummy food & a clean restaurant!! 5/5 stars ⭐️

I really enjoy this Taco Bell, I will drive by another to get to this one. My food is almost always correctly packaged, their cheesy roll ups, actually have cheese. The staff is actually happy and sincerely nice. 10/10.

Fast food as a whole has tanked in recent years. This taco bell, however, is heading in the proper direction. Still reasonably priced, I was downright shocked as to how thoughtful the cashier and young woman at the drive through window were. They clarified my order, making sure that they had not misunderstood my convoluted mumbles. Preforming at a level that I hardly see even at a fine dining establishment, they impressed me to such a high extent that I had to write this review. Friendly and quick, they had me on my way with exactly what I went there for. Good job! Highly appreciated.

So I sent my brother over to the Taco Bell with a paper that had the list of what I wanted on there and he gets it and comes back and I’m looking at it and I’m like no the order is wrong so I call and the young girl says I gave him what was on the paper she says that lux box you cannot pick and choose I got a loaded beefy nachos then I got the Luxe cravings box which you’re supposed to be able to pick and choose what you want it instead they put down a supreme Luxe box which you don’t get to pick and choose and then when I went back over there the manager says oh no you cannot pick and choose with that that is only online you can’t do that in the store I said sir I’ve done it before he says no you cannot I have worked here 10 years you cannot well I looked it up and yes you can they said the supreme Luxe box you cannot choose with that but that is not what I wrote on the paper I wrote a luxe craving box so I could choose what I wanted so they charged me for that the loaded beefy nachos and everything else that I have wrote down that I want it with the Luxe box which was the chalupa a crunchy taco the soda and the cinnamon twists so they have very poor service there the manager doesn’t even know what he’s talking about and I will not be going back over there anytime soon and I do not recommend it to anybody and this was the Taco Bell on 83rd and Peoria avenue and I called like five other Taco bells and they said yes you can switch out stuff on the Luxe craving box we’re over here at this one they were saying no so they were lying you can switch things out. Now I know why they only have 3.7 Stars

Many mistakes were made, the first one by me, thinking that this Taco Bell could hire employees to follow simple directions.
The second, digging a hash brown that was clearly over-cooked out of the trash to give to a customer.
The third, tomatoes!! The last ingredient to part of our order that was asked to leave out “no tomatoes”.
After not eating at this location for several months, I thought I would give them another try but that was a waste of money, yet again at this location! ♀️
Heed my warning ⚠️ if you live by this location, DRIVE 1 MILE EAST to three other Taco Bell location, you’ll thank me!

Allegedly the manager on duty named Cadence is supposed to be qualified to manage people….. Allegedly. I asked her if they possibly had shrimp. She states to me “we no longer are Long John Silvers”. I can definitely read…. English is my first language. Everyone don’t eat meat. It was a yes or no question. It’s so important to listen before responding. I would absolutely love to hear from corporate about the meaning of customer service.

Oh no not my home location that I always go to and spend money and do deliveries helping others spend money. If someone is standing at front please stop sweeping and help them. Also my order was ready and I could see it but no one would hand it to me. I was saying “excuse me can I have that order please” to the young lady closest to me and was being ignored. Then after the sixth time she slowly looked over and stared at me, looked at the order I was pointing to, then walked away. I know that what I said was comprehendable whether someone speaks English or not. A deaf person would have understood what I was asking for. Please don’t treat people like trash. I spoke to someone who said they were a manager named Austin. It sucks when this happens at a place you always go to.

Looks like yum brands is trying to satiate share holders or something. They redesigned this whole place to make it non labor intensive for their employees and make you not want to go inside but just use the drive thru. The inside has no menu, you are forced to use the kiosks to order your own food. The chairs are all uncomfortable wooden Ikea furniture, the walls have nothing on them it’s so weird, I hope this isn’t a trend that they are bringing to every taco bell. Next they will get rid of the bathrooms.

I have been coming to this taco bell for the past year. I come as a regular and dine in usually, but on occasion go through the drive through. I would highly recommend if you have the time to dine in, as the environment is always quiet nice, smooth music throughout the lobby, pretty clean the majority of the time throughout the dining area, fairly clean facilities too, well stocked of condiments, straws, lids and never had an issue with the soda machine either during my experiences. As for the drive thru I have actually had an issue occur everytime, never getting the correct orders, honestly feel there is an unclear communication between the drive thru speaker to their headset or something of the sort. I always have to have my order fixed at the window. The menu options have become more limited since Taco Bell minimized the options but there are still plenty of favorites to choose from, and the quality is good, definitely for the extremely low prices compared to other fast food locations. For the reason to my 3 star review, it is solely due to the continuous mishaps through the drive thru. Aside from this the rest of the experience has been pleasant and I would recommend trying this location for yourself, “have some breakfast” sometime as well.
