Tonight I went into qdoba and for the first time I was treated so badly. Like I was nothing like I was trash. I literally left there bawling my eyes out to my 8 year old niece that was there to see the whole thing happen. I love qdoba and the people there. I have no idea why this man named Desmond was so evil and cruel to me. He rolled his eyes at me at least 15 times he was so mean I have never been treated so badly at a restaurant in my life. I had already had the worst day and to go there and spend 45.00$ on 2 meals so I could go home and try to have a better evening he made it so much worse. I came home crying to my wife for an hour explaining to her how I was treated. And then as I was leaving the restaurant to be even more smart and rude with me he yelled have a great night in such a rude way even the other customers were asking why he was being so rude. I wanted to come home and end my life because of the day I had and then how he treated me on top of it. I will never come to qdoba again as long as he is working there. I come there 4 times a month and now I will not go there again. I really hope u get rid of this man and watch how he treated me tonight on the camaras. Good luck to your business as long as he is there i think you will get more and more complaints.

Always great REAL food at a decent price. Excellent service, can always be relied upon to be top notch. I usually go to this store, but I find that every Qdoba I’ve been to has been equally consistent and good.

I just walked into this location. There were four people, including the manager working behind the counter. No one acknowledged me, and there was only one person working the line. There were 4 orders that one person made as the other customers and I stood there.
I have worked in food service for 15 years and I have never seen such an unresponsive team. Only one person was working while one staff member was watching another one finally joined the cash register. He only did this because I began recording. I have attached a picture to show this. It would be one thing if the other staff were doing anything, but they were literally standing their deer in the headlights.
Still, there’s always a priority to serve the customers first and by the looks of other recent reviews, I would recommend It would be one thing if the other staff were doing anything but they were literally standing there deer in the headlights. Just wanted to let you know., this would be a major concern if I was still a general manager for a Qdoba.
I DO want to give major props to Evelyn who was very nice and professional while receiving no assistance. The local Chipotle is a polar opposite of this store and I will not be returning here unless I can get a response. Thank you.

Tacos , burritos and bowls! Queso yes chips yes. Pretty much the staple of this kind of food. What sets this place apart is the staff, a clean table and some newer music and atmosphere rounds it out. Pretty much sets the standard for how this industry should be.

I try not to be negative in reviews, but the quality and quantity of the food is just not what it needs to be. This is the second and last time I’ll try this location. Grand Junction’s locations need to make a bigger effort, everywhere else seems to be better. And, the other Mexican chains in town are already better…
