It’s amazing how one interaction can boost or lose a star on a rating. I’m not sure if it was training day or if the local HS team was doing a fundraiser, but I used the drive thru.

After giving my order, the young (blonde/slender) woman taking my order asked me to repeat it. Her tone was brusque and turse… Rather than taking ownership, ie “Sorry, I misheard your order. Can you please repeat it?” She says, “You glitched out.” (blaming the customer…)

At the payment window, things looked a little frenzied and it was clear a coworker was having to help her. After paying, I proceeded to the pickup window, where the dark haired brunette gal was so bright and cheerful, this rating went from 3 stars to 4! Never underestimate the power of a smile and bright/cheerful attitude. You can literally raise someone else’s spirits with your positivity.

So went to McDonald’s waiting in the parking lot to fulfill what we wanted in our order and we went to parking spot one and before we confirmed to purchase our order we made sure that we were in the parking spot. We waited for nearly 20 minutes in the parking spot until I went in and said like it don’t take this long for 40 nuggets two large fries and a McChicken so I went in and then I waited for about 5 minutes while another lady was sitting there for another 10 minutes waiting for her food which was supposed to be through the drive-thru. The customer service person said that they went out 2 minutes before the order was purchased but no one was there, I call BS because we were sitting in the parking lot for nearly 10 minutes prior to ordering. So I weigh another 15 minutes inside for my nuggets and everything’s the kind of clear out and I finally get up to Eugene where I’m doing my deliveries. And there a missing 20-piece nugget their service is not always this bad I just don’t know what happened this night for it to be this bad

We walked in. No one at the counter so we tried to use the machines to order. We couldn’t find unsweetened ice tea on the machine (drink dispensers aren’t available to customers like most locations.). So we went back to the counter. An employee(maybe the manager) was sitting at one of the tables and he got up and found someone to come to the counter. I explained I couldn’t find the option for unsweetened tea so he took our orders there. . He asked if to stay or go. We said to stay. When the order was ready they called our number. They just sat the bag (to go instead of tray to stay) on the counter. One napkin per person (no napkin dispensers anywhere) no ketchup and no one to ask for ketchup. Also no menu on the wall so you have to use the machines to figure out what you want. The icing on the cake was we got the wrong drinks. If they are trying to make this drive through only, they are doing a great job. Won’t be back to this location. Customer service goes a long ways and this location had none.

I visited this McDonald’s location recently, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The food arrived stone cold—nothing like the hot, fresh meal you’d expect. The hash browns were a soggy mess, mushy and undercooked on the inside, while the edges of my Sausage McMuffin were so overdone they were hard as a rock, practically inedible. It’s clear there’s zero quality control in the kitchen.
To make matters worse, when my wife called to complain, the employee on the phone was incredibly rude, dismissive, and could barely communicate due to a language barrier. She essentially accused my wife of lying about the issues, showing no empathy or willingness to resolve the problem. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable for a major chain like McDonald’s. Avoid this place at all costs—save your money and your sanity! Zero stars if I could.

I came in with my client who is a senior and we were on an “outing”.

We were greeted by an employee at the touch screen and I said, oh yeah, we are gonna need you, saying that it is our preference to leave our order with a person because we are disabled.

She lead the screen touching and I told her what we wanted and she and I poked it all in there and when the order came we ended up with all different stuff… we did not at first understand why we got wrong stuff so at first we just told the lady helping us that we got wrong things, she placed an order and charged us for the round egg I wanted on my sandwich and my client got served spicy mcmuffin when they ordered regular, so again, we were charged to get the correct thing…

but i realized these were all things I told her we wanted and that we were not capable of doing the touch screen order due to our disabilities, so i say hey, you placed the order for me and you and I both saw it was correct on the screen but incorrect on the receipt.. it is a brand new location so maybe there were bugs in system.

I asked for a manager and she, the employee, had her daughter waiting to have lunch with her, she did not use her words to say that, she just went blank stare in the face and took off for lunch and there wasn’t anyone else visible in the front lobby which designed for self service only..

so I just started to eat what I could from the wrong order because now 25 minutes have passed… when the employee returned from her lunch, I say great, can you get your manager and help me now… she still not speaking, when before she was, the manager came out and said she would not issue a refund (and certainly did not even apologize)

I told the manager that my client wanted regular mcmuffin meal and I ordered a ham bagel but ham wasnt an option so I wanted steak bagel with a round egg meal with a coffee + a shot of espresso… which is an option apparently!
I ended up with steak mcmuffin and no round egg, hence the purchase of the round egg.

The manager said she would not refund me because I tossed the receipt and uneaten portion despite the obvious fact that there was no staff in the lobby for the whole time the employee was on lunch.

I told her I asked for the manager and she “grey rocked” looked blank and left for lunch.

Our breakfasts cost 15 each due to errors when we had an employee place the order, manager said we were the only ones to have a problem and did eventually tell me she knows that if they don’t have bagles it auto substitutes… I would have ordered a different sandwich, what the heck.

The new format is going to end the seniors that come in and stay to socialize.. they’d never get their order in.

It feels unfriendly and management took it home.

Not a coupon offer, partial refund or even a verbal apology.

No, she actually told me not to speak to her employee, when I was only trying to get an employee witness to what I thought was a unknown problem… she let me do all that sluthing and explaining and she KNEW ALL ALONG THAT THE COMPUTER WILL AUTO SUBSTITUTE THE BAGEL. LIKE letting me think she thinks im lying or crazy.

She insinuated that maybe I was racist or disrespectful and I assured her that I too am mexican and I only see her in sisterhood, she was like “I am the general manager here”, like no duh lady thats why I am sharing this information with you.

My client and I love McDonald’s breakfast and go out 3 times a week but we will drive to the next town to never deal with the Creswell McDonald’s again.

I never been made to feel so unappreciated as a customer and so unlistented to.

I asked for a full refund because I was WORKING so it was on behalf of my client, I would have accepted any good faith effort like a partial refund or a coupon for a future visit and explained that if things went well for our visit we would be back many times a week because we were eagerly awaiting the grand opening and really like the breakfast.

We both vow to NEVER RETURN.

Stopped to get a couple chickens and a fry. Drive through line was longer than I wanted to sit through but nowhere near lunch/dinner rush length. Kiosk I attempted to order from wouldn’t accept cards, so it said “take receipt and pay at counter” yet never gave me a receipt, so I just went to the counter instead, and proceeded to stand there for about 12 minutes waiting, nobody came out from the back except to bring out someone else’s order, then disappeared right back to the back, so I left, and by the time I walked out, the drive through lanes were completely empty save for one car at the ordering board.

I only gave 2 stars because when I stop in the morning for breakfast, the staff is a lot more attentive.

My son and I had a long day in Eugene at the doctor’s and needed something to eat real fast. The new McDonald’s is such a nice change; it’s fairly small but extremely modern, especially compared to the neighboring McDonald’s. It seems to be a mainly kiosk electronic-style ordering, but that isn’t a problem. The worker, Madison, was extremely helpful from the beginning to the end, from opening the door for us to checking on us mid-meal. I witnessed her even helping older folks figure out the ordering machines 10/10, Madison !!!

I love McDonald’s! But this is too much! I went to the drive through and began to Order. After every food item I said they would say “ is that all” in a very disrespectful manner. When we got up to the window we talked to there employees and they said “oh sorry “ and rolled there eyes food made us sick too are stomach !

After some time passed I ordered Senior Coke. For a buck. Some McDonald’s give it to me, some charge .50¢, some .75, eh? The young woman who served me was great.
This McDonald’s has the most awkward and is the most user unfriendly little Mickey Dee’s it has ever been my lack of pleasure to spend money in.
The workers cannot see the customers. You know us. The people spending money here. Yeah, I bought a Coke. I tend to buy more when I am hungry. Nothing in this place makes sense.
The only good new feature is the ability to spend cash in a machine. I like this. IF I come back I want to use this machine.

You could only use the kiosk to order, and it was slower than the last glacial ice age. Finger tracking was off also. So not only what it process quickly at all, you constantly have the tap the same thing about 500 times before it would recognize what you were trying to do. You couldn’t pay cash because the machine was down. My soda with no ice was only 3/4 of the way full. And my burger was a typical McDonald’s burger. Nothing exciting.
