The night shift customer service could most definitely use some improvement. I’ve never witnessed someone working in a customer/food service talk the way that the person did to not only myself but also other customers. No smiling face, terrible attitude, and quite frankly rude. I get working food service is hard but no excuse for rude behavior.

Recently got a new hire who made my sandwich, did not ask me if I wanted it toasted and toasted it anyways, put the minimum amount of meat on the sandwich, treated me unfairly than the other customers, and rang each of my items up individually instead of giving me the combo, which I had. Until the staff is trained properly, I refuse to go back to this establishment.

This is the location that I visit the most. I am an employee and absolutely love having them three minutes from my office. Well oiled machine comes to mind when describing the location. The store is always clean and the ingredients are always fresh. The employees are always friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. They have the rare ability to talk and have fun behind the counter, and never miss a beat. Don’t let the line scare you! Even when it’s to the door, the wait isn’t bad at all. Give them a visit if you’re in the area!

This is the worst subway I have ever been in. The staff are the most nasty, rude people I have Come across. It’s not just one person it’s been every single one! They don’t take coupons. They are extremely expensive! The place is clean and the food is good but the staff have made it so I won’t buy from them anymore!

The staff are the nicest around and follow covid safety procedures. The food unfortunately is just not too good. Ordered some of the steak and cheese and the steak is like trying to chew dried leather. Lol. I can’t even eat it and I’m so hungry. Now my lunch break is nearly over and no time to get anymore food. Maybe something else is better. Their cookies are pretty good, just all of the meat is the lowest possible and cheapest quality.

I’m sure everyone is accustomed to Subway by now. The food is on par with other Subway restaurants. The lobby is clean and being located within the hospital is very convenient. The staff on the other hand, is extremely disengaged. There were two female employees adding condiments to the sub; both were practically rolling there eyes and annoyed with every request. Adding Pickles to my sandwich seemed to perturbed them demonstrating the same behavior when I ask my kids to do the dishes or clean their rooms. Both of these employees ruined my trip to this subway unfortunately.

of the 4 employees here, zero are wearing masks properly (under chin/under nose). Normally not a big deal at all, but given the current climate and that this particular subway is in a hospital….
