What could be better than a little Thai in Bel Air, Maryland. The atmosphere and the servers were very friendly when we walked in with a meet and greet. We sat down and they ordered our drinks. They had a limited soft drink selection but that was fine. I loved the fact the server wasn’t so attentive and gave us space and time to decide what we wanted. We raised our hands and the server was there and alert. I ordered the papaya salad Bangkok style along with the Panang Curry Salmon with rice and vegetable medley along Panang Curry with chicken and rice. It was lovely and highly recommended.

Absolutely delicious Thai food! Every dish came out fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Here’s what we ordered:
• Fried Tofu – crispy outside, soft inside, perfect with sauce! ✨
• Fried Calamari – light, crunchy, and not greasy at all.
• Tom Yum Soup – super fragrant, spicy, and comforting.
• Crab Fried Rice – full of crab meat, not dry, very tasty.
• Pad See Ew – noodles are soft, rich, and packed with flavor.
• String Beans with Pork – crunchy beans with savory pork, delicious!
• Mixed Seafood Stir-fry – fresh seafood and flavorful sauce.
• Mango Sticky Rice – sweet mango + warm sticky rice = perfection.

The service was quick and friendly, and the portions are generous. Highly recommend if you’re craving real Thai food!

It takes a lot to make me write a bad review. The food was pretty good, but…. the wall in our booth was disgusting. And the teapot. First, no loose leaf tea here. Just your run of the mill teabag from Walmart. Second, that teapot was nasty. Didn’t have any of the tea either. You’re one of the few Thai restaurants up here. Do better please.

The food and service were great! Recommend the Pad Thai with steak or tofu and the hot tea. Only thing is the tables should be updated as they are old and worn, but I would still come back.

Service was good, tables were small. Tom kha was excellent but the noodles were mediocre. Did not have a ton of flavor.

Thai Spice is the ultimate place. My favorite restaurant, I always leave here full and happy. The drunken noodles and Tom Yum noodle soup are our go-tos and they never disappoint. My advice is to pass on the pho, and try one of their other soups like the Tom Yum noodle. And get yourself a Thai iced coffee too.
Even when they’re busy, our servers are always so nice to talk to, and the quality of the food is always top notch.

I love this place. The food is always fresh and the service is excellent. I love the green papaya salad, and recently had the mango and shrimp salad, which is delicious too. The spicy lime vinaigrette in both salads is top tier. A perfect balance of tang, spicy, with a little sweetness. I also love the vegetarian Tom Kah noodle soup which is not on the menu, but you can request it. Don’t forget the delicious mango sticky rice for dessert. I love this place so much and wish they delivered.

Thai Spice in Bel Air was awesome. I had the chicken rice soup, and it was seriously the best soup I’ve ever had, so comforting and flavorful. Our server was super sweet, too. I’m definitely going back, I’m craving it right now. I love a good soup in the winter.

If you like spicy food, you’ll have no issues here.

The food itself is honestly really good. However, my stepmom and I don’t handle spice very well anymore – plus I was sharing my meal with my 16 month old son – so we both asked for level 1 spice (on a scale of 1–5). Despite that, our dishes came out spicier than my dad’s level 2 and my brother’s level 4. On top of that, my dish and my stepmom’s were wildly inconsistent in spice level. Mine was way spicier than both my stepmom’s and my dad’s.

I was letdown because I love curry, and I could tell the flavor profile of mine was incredible, but the spice made it impossible to eat. We did enjoy some delicious appetizers – which my son ate a lot of fortunately because there was no way he was eating from my entree – so we weren’t starving, and we planned to order something else, but the restaurant was so busy at that point no one ever came back to our table. I left a little disappointed, though I brought my meal home to my husband and he loved it.

They really need to label their spice levels more accurately so people can order with confidence.

It’s kind of hard to find pho spot near or in the Bel air MD area, so this one popped up when I searched. The only thing is that it’s a Thai spot and Pho is Vietnamese, but for me, having had Pho from different places, I would come back here again. The broth was tasty but a bit oily, then I ordered the tofu, but next time, im going to ask them to not Fry the tofu.
Bonus: Thai tea was really good and the summer roll too.
