Food is always great but 80% of the time I come to this location in Jefferson City, TN they forget something from my order. Younger me would move on and not be bothered BUT now I have a 3 year old and when they forget his food, I’m bothered. Then I would have to take him out of the car seat which defeats the purpose of going through the drive thru for me. Then the employees get offended that you questioned what they put in the bag. I’d be able to prove my purchase if they didn’t crumple your receipts when handing back your card. I work in retail. I get it. It being consistent is my issue.

My daughter took me to dinner & this is the food that was served to us. Should have known when I saw the smoke post right outside the door that the entrance. The disturbing part is that they actually felt good about serving us this food. Were they kind, yes, that’s why I gave 3 stars for service & atmosphere.

Don’t get the Tuesday special.. you will not get white meat that usually comes in an 8 piece meal. You will only get dark meat. They don’t advertise the fact that you only get white meat. And customer service is a joke..false advertisement in my book.

Went in at 8:30pm 1 hour and 30 minutes before close and was told they could not complete a 8 piece order because they were cleaning up and wasn’t cooking anymore chicken tonight. This is absolutely absurd it take 15-20 minutes at the most to cook more chicken that’s plenty of time when you have 1 hour and 30 minutes before close. Will never return needs new management immediately if this place is going to function properly and receive continued business.
