Ordered a 8 piece dark, right after the people in front of us and was told it would be a while. They had to get chicken for the drive through first. The people in front got there chicken and half hour later and still no chicken. When I asked about it was told it would be 1 hour later. Drive through was still getting there chicken. So we left and got our 8 piece later in the afternoon. I did pay at 107pm and left at 145pm. Not happy

Ordered online for pickup, food was 15 min late, coleslaw was mostly liquid, extra crispy chicken was over cooked in what was obviously dirty oil. I keep hoping for KFC to be 1/2 as good as it once was. Super 1 chicken and slaw from now on less than half the price and much better. Lesson learned.

I am beyond disappointed at our service this evening, prices went up an insane amount, like why the hell is a 3 piece tender meal 12$. No utensils, no sauce, no napkins. Food was cold, there was like 3 pieces of chicken in the famous bowl. i actually cannot believe the audacity of Hayden Kfc, do better yall!!!!

The last six months this location has gone downhill. Customer service sucks. They forced me to use the kiosk to enter my own order and then I had to go pay cash at the counter, but they would not let me order at the counter. They quit carrying hot sauce packets. The food has been dry, and the management has an attitude problem. I’m sure hoping the new raising Cane‘s that’s opening down the street is as good as they say because I’m through with KFC

This place is awful. Went for a bucket for the family a few weeks ago. Was told they were out and it would be 20 minutes. I left. Today the boyfriend wants to bring over dinner. Same deal. Not enough to fill the order. Wrong sides. Never going back there. Idk how business are staying open with “service” like this.

Just left. hope the weasel at the drive thru sees this. He wasn’t very kind in general. got 2 separate orders. put em in the same bag. no straws and not even close to a full soda. for 15 dollars it ain’t worth it anymore. you don’t mess with mike rodick. Tasting my food as i write this. bad. fries not seasoned enough, fryer oil dirty, breading be dark. Toni you are letting this place go downhill and fast. i’ll take myself to popeyes from now on

Fairly disappointed with the overall experience. The man taking our order was very cordial and helpful in helping us make ordering decisions that will help us save money. However they no longer serve grilled chicken and had a couple of pieces of regular chicken. They basically just had extra crispy chicken for everything and told us it would be a 20 minute wait for the regular chicken. Food was as ok as you can expect from KFC.

You may have a better experience with their food if you check with them as to when they change their frier grease they seem to have a history of letting it go too long and the chicken starts to take taste rancid
